If anyone wants to spoil E3 check the Episde III page at TFN.http://www.theforce.net/episode3/It's full on info on the last episode of the prequels. Among other things: There will be a duel on the lava planet(Mustafar). There probably will be a duel between Yoda an Palpatine. Anakin tries to Force-choke Padme Dooku dies early in the movie. The Battle for Coruscant is the greatest Spacebattle in SW movie history. Ben takes Luke to Tatooine because he knows that it is the place VAder would never return to. Enjoy

India and Japan certainly are the candidates to go to space. Brazil's space plan had an accident about two months ago, when the rocket they were building was destroyed. I can't remember the details, but it was a severe setback. Last I knew the NASA was working on a new Plasma engine for their first mission to mars, somewhere in the next five years.

CSU? Corporación de Supermercados Unidos.. I didn't know they had anything to do with a dutch firm. Odd. The CSU is conformed by Palí and MaxiMercados (roughly equivalent to Aldi) Mas X Menos (your normal usual supermarket) Hípermás (the megabighipersupermarket that isn't any good) I remember going to Aldi with my parents when I was a little kid. Those were the days... No Price Wars in Costa Rica. But they have silly promotions. Megasúper is the main competition to Palí. Megasúper started saying that they had the lowest prices. And if anyone found the same product in a supermarket of the competition having a lower price, then Megasúper would lower their price as well. CSU and more specifically Palí responded by saying that if anyone found a product in the supermarket of the competition to be lower than those in Palí, then Palí would refund you the double of the difference between both products. The double of the difference never exceded the 40 colones (about 10 eurocents). Then Megasúper started with the Miércoles de Mayoreo. That meant that on Wednesday the prices of the different products were lowered drastically. but would get higher any other day of the week. And so it stands.

They're for the November edition of Hutt Illustrated, be patient, Scath... Beer and Margaritas, SOCL... Not many nice natives (lots of natives, none of them "nice"), just old Spanish ladies in the beach... shiver... Although I missed one Miss Hawaiian Tropic contest by a couple of days... Native rodents? So that was the extra meat in my plate. Actually there are some few farms in the rural parts of Costa Rica that specialize in breeding Tepezcuintles (some kind of over-grown rodent) for food. I haven't tasted them but I know some people that have and they say it doesn't taste bad... On the other hand there was the case of a chinese restaurant closed by the Ministry of Public Health after it was proven that they used rat meat to fake shrimps.

If I recall correcly you had already made the images for tactical as well. Send it to me as well mask...

Me can be booted from the CD, I remember doing it quite frequently. Format a HD in 3 mins... I am bitting my "arse".... } Good Luck with the PC, Jahled. It plainly sucks when the computer starts working against you. BTW, early yesterday Norton Antivirus found some virii on my computer. One was the Blaster, and the other was the Swen. Although I haven't the slightest idea of how it got into my computer I thought I'd warn you. Especially since most of the mails I send usually are directed at the rest of the REloaded Team.

As long as you don't keep the haircut... You can be male Leia anytime you want, wormie. Here are my results Wicket A particularly curious, inventive, and resourceful young Ewok, open to exploring new ideas and developing novel solutions to everyday problems (e.g., destroying AT-STs). Mon Mothma This is a senator of great integrity and responsibility whose talent for organization has streamlined the Alliances communications, decision-making, & accounting. Old Ben this crazy old hermit isn't seen much. He doesn't appear to desire company, keeping himself to himself. Darth Vader/Anakin Skywalker This character truly belongs in the middle of the agreeableness dimension, representing both good and evil. On one hand a kind and warm, on the other hand, evil & ruthless. Leia A confident & calm individual who does not crack under pressure (e.g.,. when being threatened by Lord Vader). She is brave and relaxed, even when in great danger (e.g., when disguising herself as a bounty hunter to gain access to Jabba the Hutt's palace).

HARRY POTTER! How would you like to see him die...
Trejiuvanat replied to Jahled's topic in Outside Interests
For that GIF La_Forge should be awarded with the Member of the Month medal. WOO YAY!!!! -
Xa Fel, Parkrik Major and some other. When reshaping the galaxy I used it to dump all the systems I didn't know where to put. That included: Qat Chrystac Algarian Palahni Khuiumin Churba Generis Linuri I wound up putting it in the Mid Rim. I mailed the "Cartographer" at Nav-Computer.com, but he couldn't help me with it.

Still angry at me because of the Katana Fleet, Darky? Nice to have you back in the RPG, SOCL. It's been a while without the Imps active.

Yes, your VERY BIG forum mouth. The only solution to the supidity of the AI is RebEd. What you have to do is lower the cost of the ships of your enemy and give them a good combination of firepower, detect rating, and shilding. And lower the cost of the fighters. Last interesting battle I got was a Imperial fleet composed of 9 Imperial Star Destroyers. They attacked Coruscant after I had already taken it away from them. I had Three Golans and a Viscount around the planet and about 24 fighter squadrons on the ground. I killed five of the nine Impstars, lost half my fighter force, and had heavy damage on two Golans and the Viscount. I won because of my starfighters, the Impstars were halfloaded, not fully. And I editted fighters stats so that four X-Wing squadrons can take out a halfloaded Imperial destroyer and that a wing of X-Wings can make an Impstar flee a battle. The battle proved me that I should lower the cost of Imperial fighters a bit. I usually keep about 2000 or 3000 free maintenance points, last I checked though I was by 12000. It was then I decided to bombard my planets and have some sectors go over to the Imps. As you can see you might want to use cards and RebEd to try to make it a little bit more interesting. If you want to make it harder for yourself, being an Imps take your fleets to the Outer RIm and start there to colonize worlds and leave your opponent to take over the core, you might want to help him by bombarding neutral planets.

ABout 2300 km away... WAs Yavin Tikal? I thought it was Cobán in Honduras... Anyway, I was in Tikal about two years ago.
-
The bug was that the mission would be passed after you checked 97% of the containers instead of 100%. AlliEd is the best tool for editing missions. After I beat the game without editing I used the prog to change the pilots craft from stupid Y-Wings to B-Wing, or the Moldy Crow, and my personal favorite. The TIE Chiss.
-
That mission had a bug, you had to install the v.202 patch to get it right. It wasn't a particularly hard mission, though. Anyway... Check your mail!!!

The Chariot of God moved away from the perimeter of the Ubiqtorate base at Yaga Minor. The base was by far one of the most heavily fortified world this side of space, it had been considered since the times of the Old Republic as the gate to Wild Space and to the Unknown Regions. With that status came, of course, a strong defense fleet. Two Victory Star Destroyers and numerous other smaller craft like Corellian Corvettes and Nebulon Frigates. Despite the recurrent mistakes of the Imperial commander, the defenders proved quite capable of holding off the Jeedai Vong fleet. From the many hangars of the Ubiqtorate many shuttles departed, most of them naturally remote controlled, which lead Iulan to believe that he and Rjiuvan had happened to find someone important on the Ubiqtorate. It was the chaos of the many decoy shuttles that stopped the attack. The interference of some of the frequencies of the remotecontrolled shuttles disturbed the yammosk. Through the Force Iulan could feel the struggle of the yammosk that tried to communicate with the coralskippers despite the interference. Rjiuvan uttered one of his common battlecurses. If the Empire discovered the secret of their communication, they would be very vulnerable. "The Victory Destoyers are retreating back to the base." Iulan noted. "It was folly of them to attack first, it cost them numerous support craft." Rjiuvan answered. "It may have been related to the Shuttle event." Iulan finished. "Or Imperial stupidity..." Rjiuvan said. The battle entered a slower stage. The Chariot and its two escort cruiser could not handle the turbolaser defense of the base and the two Vics. And the Imperials couldn't hold in that position forever. Iulan knew that there was a weakness in the design of the Ubiqtorate base. Something that called to him from his Rebel days. Although he hadn't been to Yaga Minor, (he had been at Satirnaynia), he had been briefed about the Yagai system as well. Elvis's distant voice seemed to speak to him from the past. The impressions of the briefing came from the Force. Iulan looked at the base again. He now knew the answer to the problem planted by the Imperial defenders. The Ubiqtorate had been reduced to space dust. The empty hulls of the two Victory Destroyers complete the desvastated scene in orbit of the Yagai world. The compact and strong Jeedai Vong fleet sailed away from the debris and the shipyards. It's last destination before Yavn was a small return to the Imperial sector capital of Satirnaynia. Just before their entry to hyperspace there was a flicker in the space around him. As if an Imperial ship decloaked. Interesting. Whatever it was, Iulan was certain they would find out at Satirnaynia.

I got the game in late 99, it was my birthday present when i turned 14, at first I couldn't play it for some months, then I played on my mothers office computer... I have been playing for four years, and hardly get bored. I doubt I'll get bored, especially now iwht the new cards...
-
And eventually installing new fighters and ships to the game, and making new missions for the game.
-
I agree with Evaders and SOCL, most of the SW stuff that is on sw.com can be found on TFN. Even spoilers and more complete entries. And no stupid Hyperspace sign...

Are you going to celebrate your 1500 posts in Korriban? Scath could be your navigator for that trip... As for discrepancies between the Fact Files and the Nav computer... there are none I can think of, but the guy at the nav-computer site has altered some of his theories to fit the fact files map. On the other hand the nav computer is more complete than the fact files... Sadly none of them has provided me with a tentative location of the Kanchen Sector...

I'm back. For those of you that don't know where I was (even if the thread title explains it) I was to Yavin IV, or rather to Cancún, Mexico. The place is very nice in all aspects I can think of at the moment. It combines white and beautiful beaches (with Twi'Leks in swimming suits ) and your ancient nearby Mayan ruins that give the places it Yavin IV touch. All combined with the Corellian ambient of many night locales, makes the place really worth. Oh and I forgot the blue Caribbean greeting my every morning. All in all I come back rested, and with lots of spare time, which means I'll be a lot in the forums and helping with the TC and whatnot...

Hmmmmmmm. I didn't see that movie... So I guess I cannot participate here....

OOC: With this settled I'd ask Elvis or Scath to use their supermoderator powers and delete those OOC posts. IC: Another day had passed by. Minutes, hours, days they all seemed so insignificant now. It seemed to him that the war had entered another stage. With the galaxy torn so badly, there couldn't be possibly a way to continue waging war as carelessly as they had in the first year. Their galactic map showed what was known to everyone. A galaxy that had been destroyed by war. The blaze bugs glowed with different colors, all of them scattered across the map. There wasn't a single solid block in the galaxy. The invading Yuuzhan Vong, led by the Supreme Overlord controlled the systems along his invasion route. But despite the desperate and careless advance of the past weeks, the Yuuzhan Vong had lots of internal troubles and the guerrilla wars of the Rebel Alliance and some Imperial fleets within their space. The Rebellion had lost much of their systems in the Outer Rim, they controlled some very few planets with shipbuilding capacity and they had to care for other systems that had been harassed by the Yuuzhan Vong. Slowly came the first results of their way to lead the war. Devaron and Sullust spoke for the ability of the Rebels to wage war. The Empire had lost much, far too much. It had been reduced to the Core of the galaxy and some scattered sectors near Yaga Minor. Their truce with the Rebel Alliance had not fructified too much. There were still differences between both factions. More important, though, was the fact that the Imperial Military lacked a leader. Evaders was just a tyrant sitting in his throne of bloodied skulls on Coruscant, and with Fleet Admiral Socl lost on some errand, the Empire could not hold its ground if another Yuuzhan Vong campaign attacked the Core. And there were Iulan and Rjiuvan's Jeedai Vong now considerably weakened after Devaron. At least the Katana Fleet should help us for a while But the Katana Dreadnaughts still had to undergo numerous changes and repairs before they could see battle. Their shipyards are Kessel were still working on those 200 ships. As for the crews... There weren't enough warriors to actually crew the Dreadnaughts, and the Jeedai Vong had no means to recruit soldiers and breeding a new generation would take too long. It was up to the shapers to come up with a solution for that problem. There would be lots of volunteers to battle the Yuuzhan Vong and the Empire, but few would trust us, and none would fight side by side with a Jeedai Vong. "It is our doom to continue this war, Rjiuvan," Iulan said. Still looking at the colorful array. "We accepted the risk, my Lord, it is better to die honorably than die serving an impostor." I apprecaite your faith in me, my friend. But in the end, I might be the impostor, and you might die for me. "Caamas, and Yun-Kar'Dah, and Kessel provide enough resources for our battles against the Empire, and Obroa-Skai has provided us with knowledge." At the mention of Obroa-Skai Iulan's thoughts raced. There were still other colorful stars in their map. Neutral worlds. But would any of them even provide some minor assistance to the Jeedai Vong. Could the wannabe Jedi and the Warmaster draw neutral worlds to their cause. At Devaron Iulan and Rjiuvan had made it clear that they were being hunted and destroyed by the Yuuzhan Vong. "We cannot stand alone in this war," Iulan murmured. "Who will aid us?" Rjiuvan asked. "I do not know." Iulan sadly said. "Does the Force know?" Rjiuvan asked again, forcing Iulan to draw on the insight of the Force. "Perhaps," Iulan answered. Yyyyyyyaaaaaavn, a voice echoed in his head. He looked at the map. Yavin was in the far in the Outer Rim, in the corner of the galaxy that had still remained unaffected by the invasion. A region that was unimportant. Wild Space. Yavin.... But Yavin was still near enough to Yaga Minor and the Satirnaynian system. Yavin. The planet called to him. "What do you seek at Yavn?" Rjiuvan asked. Iulan blinked. Lost in his thoughts he had advanced into the swarms of blaze bugs and had stopped just before the little bug that glowed indicating the location of Yavin IV. "Answers," Iulan said. "To go to Yavin we would need a week at least, ten day is more likely." Rjiuvan reported. "We still have battles in the Core." "Those battle bring us no closer to the solution of a war. Your peregrination to Yavn does." Rjiuvan finished. Teh way he spoke Yavn echoed in Iulor Graa'Ndad's last words... Could it be, master, that you speak through the mouth of my friend and mentor? "We will go, then, my friend." "We will, my Lord." The preparations began. A direct course could take them to Yavin in few days, but they hadn't planned to take the most direct course, they had established a small course that would bring them close enough to some Imperial worlds in the Mid Rim, and from there to the Inner Rim, and then with an unsteady advance they would arrive at Yaga Minor, and from there to Yavn... Hopefully to find the answers for his questions... OOC: Okay I won't be around for ten days or so... so there go my chars. Feel free to use Elegaie, one thing though, don't make him manipulate the Force too much...
-
OOC: First, ADarkJedi44, measure yourself. This forums aren't for calling each other "IDIOT". Second, who's the "idiot"? I wasn't the one who wrote ahead what my plans are. I have some ideas and plans for the chars I'm controlling and I hardly give an advance of them. I'll give you an advance... I have lost one battle until now but I''m still planning to lose EVERYTHING! I don't have a huge fleet, I lost too much at Devaron! But, I have enough imagination to come up with resources for my faction. You were going to have a battle for them? You can have battles for lots of other stuff. You might even battle for recovering Druckenwell that has the primary factories for troop armor in the galaxy (Ground campaign should ring in your head). You might battle for Fondor or Thyferra. And if you managed to get the Harmony... Why couldn't you get more ships from somewhere else? No one just makes one of each vessel. Of course, you can also quit this "RETEADED RPG", but then the "RETEADED" would be you because you are going to be the one that leaves. And I still get away with my stealing the Katana Fleet. I'll give you two tips. One is think your story over over a cup of hot chocolate, or tea or coffee. And the second is: What can be stolen once, can be stole twice. Of course timing would be yours.. But again... you might want them with all the pertinent Jeedai Vong addons... And those should eb finished by the time I get back from Mexico... Feel free to e-mail or PM me, if you have anything to say. Despite your energetic response I'm not angry at you, nor do I hold you any hard feelings.
-
Good Luck in your search, Jahled. I've been trying for weeks to find some nice pics of Republic Mechs.... No success.... May the Woo be with you...
-
OOC: Since I'll be gone for a while, feel free to use the decreptite Caamasi, the Sith and the techexpert for whatever you want. Just don't kill them... As for Iulan and Rjiuvan and their recently acquired Katana fleet leave them alone until I comeback...
