I think there's a big difference in "changing opinions" when it is from one extreme to the next in short amount of time, further for the immediate political approval than any measure of principles. Politicians can and do change their stances based on political climate - where the line is drawn is between what he truly believes versus what will give him the most political advantage. No politician is immune to that. -
It's funny what I read about a slime "virus" that clogged up the servers. It kept spawning itself so much that the server had to go down for it to be cleaned up. Also this makes me smile.. Get A First Life

Hmm.. this doesn't have anything to do with EaW. It doesn't use the stats from EaW - it tries to be as "realistic" as possible within the limitations of HW2. I believe there will be all eras that were in Warlords 0.45.

Both liberal and conservative, as used in American politics, are generalizations of the very left-wing and right-wing positions. A better word would be leftists and rightists (though I've never heard of rightists is usage). It doesn't really have anything to do with the idea of liberalism as thought of by the focus on freedom. -
I don't know if Igor set up SVN ... I think he was meaning to for some of his Ruby stuff. I had it up before, but since SVN didn't do quite what I wanted, I stuck with CVS.

I would guess that "unit descriptions, unit and weapon stats" would be simple script changes. The Maya stuff I can't do. Perhaps some of the gameplay code like the eras ... I could look back at how it was implemented in 0.45 and see if its directly portable. Thinking about organizing the code into CVS or SVN?

From what I've seen, Al Gore said he wouldn't rule out running completely. It seems that he's reached movie star status with his movie.. at least the people that want him to run are saying So if he runs, he'll be a powerful voice for the environmentalists. I think the Europeans would approve of him running, more so than Clinton or Obama. -

I think we're going to have all the 3 major Democrats named duke it out... Hillary, Obama, and Al Gore. Who will hit the hayside and who will eventually team up? Guess we'll see -
