I'm not going to start a debat, though I'll extend on SM's points, through the eyes of a Jedi. Jedi are guided by the force, they are students of the force - they're hardly tools of the force The Sith, well at least the Sith we read about/see, abuse the force On a different note, their code does make one wonder why the Sith are evil Oh well, back to the topic . . . nope, still like orange

Well, not knowing where you live (which country) - i've guessed America and found this quickly on ebay, which is currently (and sufficiently ) under US$20 Other than ebay, I can only think of trying Lucasarts themselves - though who knows how uch they're asking for the game

Funnily enough, today my friends and I were taking about Black Sabbath - which undoubtably forced me to get my Dad's Sabbath records out . . . currently listening to Sabbath Bloody Sabbath

Haha Nice one Colonel! Sorry, I missed this post Mad It was done with an omnilight source and volumetric light plus some noise. You put an omni light into an engine (or equivalent), set the far attenuation to a suitable distance and give it the volumetric environment effect. You need to play with the settings to get things right, from density to the noise etc. though once you've got one to work, the rest are easy

Well, I fight for the light So, blue and green are always cool - though I like to be unique, so when ever I play Jedi Knight games I go for orange

IC: (1138) The orders rang out form A-23, and 1138 jumped into action. Holstering his DC-15 blaster he ran over to a group of clone soldiers pushing a large bolder into place. It didn't take too long for the cave's entrance to be blocked by the clone force. As soon as their first task was done, the entire clone force began to follow A-23's next order to fall back further into the caves. 1138 quickly located what remained of his squad and rejoined their ranks as the entire clone force slowly began to fall back into the cave. The clones moved quickly and efficiently, with half the squads taking firing positions whilst the other half fall further back into the cave. The positions then quickly switched, with those falling further back taking up their own defendable positions until the rest of the Clone units joined them. It didn't take long for the small clone force to get deep within the cave before the droid units began working at removing the barrier they had set up. IC: (3099) From the mouth of the cave, 3099 heard the familur sound of rocks falling onto the ground. His training quickly set in as 3099 dropped to one knee as swung around with his blaster rifle ready to fire on any Seperatist forces. Fortunately, it seemed like the barrier was holding - though it would only hold for so long. Quickly locating A-23, 3099 ran over to him. "Sir, the droids are at the barrier already. It wont take them long to bring it down with explosives sir. What are your orders?"

OOC: Good to hear T I'll send you a PM in a few minutes so we can talk there

OOC: Wow, I never saw the post Trej put here Anyway, TChar, great to see you back - do you still have contact with Jess and/or Pytho? 'Cause it's going to be hard to finish this without her and Pytho. We could also do with her help to finish off the Bespin Escape thread. I had hoped she would post after me so we could get the war started - though if she doesn't post soon I guess I can just start it anyway

OOC: Long time no see Tchar IC: (Karn) Staring across the table, Karn glanced at the body slumped over the table as it began to move again. With a sly grin only a Corellian could pull off, Karn spoke over the table. "Morning T'Char . . . how's the head?"

OOC: Sorry for the delay in posting, I've been trying to catch up with Uni homework and now, to top it all off, I've a got a really bad cold and I just got back from work @SM: No fair, using orbitital bombardments against us poor little clones IC (1138): Debris filled the air as giant energy bolts ripped apart the canyon floor where he and some of the other survivers had taken refuge. Rock, dirt and clones were tossed a side like little rag dolls as each turbolaser hit the ground. Out of the corner of 1138's eye he saw two clones trapped under the wing of a destroyer gunship vapourise from the onslaught. Those who could were jumping to their feet and running for cover, taking what ever or who ever they could. Several quick thinking pilots got their gunships online and out of the canyon before the rain of fire engulfed them all, though even some of the equick thinkers couldn't move the ships fast enough to escape the carnage. "Everyone, into the caves - the bombardment wont be able to reach us there," cried out the voice of an unknown clone. It was a pointless gesture, as all the clones still alive had already made it into the caves. Stumbling into the cave, 1138 spun to look out at the canyon as the bombardment stoped. The cave and its surroundings grew deathly quiet as no-one dared speak, only waited to see if the firing would start again. Seconds passed, then a minute without the Seperatists warship firing, many clones, including 1138, moved to the mouth of the cave to look for survivers. Mere seconds later, an eary sound filled 1138's ears. Turning to the rest inside the cave, 1138 began to shout to his comrades. "Incoming droids!"

I thought the idea of this thread was to get to know the community better, like who likes what bands and music etc. Oh, and . . . Sepultura & Pavarotti - Roots

I wish I had this kind of dedication and time...and money.

Woo, very nice indeed. I've been to Brick Commander before, for the Battletech lego, though I never knew Primus had done any Star Wars Nice to have Rebellion mentioned too -

OOC: Welcome aboard Trej IC (3099): The gunship landed heavily in the canyon, and the following grinding noise informed 3099 that the landing gear on the ship would be badly damaged. 3099 quickly moved to the cockpit where only one pilot sat, without saying a word 3099 jumped into the co-pilots seat and started bringing up data on the computer console. Within half a minute, he had a quick briefing ready for A-23 and the Jedi. "Sirs, we were able to get a sizable force of the cruiser before it was too late. Fortunately, our ground forces were already waiting to load up into their transports before we were attacked. "I've estimated that close to 80 per cent of our forces made it off the ship - the crew of the cruiser weren't as lucky thoughy, the gunships log only registered around 15 per cent of escape pods were jettisoned before its crash. "We have a moderate force in the canyon, 8 gunships with 6 of them overloaded with troopers. The rest of our forces were scattered, radio chatter indicates that they're trying to re-organise and form small units to hold their own until they get further orders. "The most formidable group so far is situated several kilometres out of Anchorhead, I would like to take my squad to make contact with this particular force in an effort to bring them back here sir." OOC: I'll let either Ulic or SM decide the number troops we have to make things "fair" between our armies - so I've just stuck to percentages, that and it kinda fits the whole clone philisophy

Always Though, I've got to start using Maya some day . . . That's a Wooish Yoda Jahled

Haha, that would be great if Klevin was adopted out of the scientific community. It's currently 287 Kelvin and pretty cold outside (nowhere near cold enough for snow at least), last week was better with it reaching 305 Kelvin . . . well it least it wasn't cold

I've been wanting to upgrade from IE to Firefox, though I just can't be bothered. Using IE is just simpler for me at the moment, no hasles of trying to get use to a new browser and no problems with any sites. If you do get Firefox, isn't there a bug that makes it slower than other browsers? I could have sworn there was a thread regaurding this issue somewhere, as well as a fix . . . EDIT: Found it, here

I use to visit the card section quiet a bit - though I havn't for a while. The idea of a good search engine for cards would be great, maybe to be able to search for name/faction/era?

I come here for: 1) The community 2) The Forums 3) Rebellion Reloaded 4) RPGs 5) General modding 6) Warlords No particular order or preference on my main reasons - they're all pretty much equal. As for the RPGs, leave them as they are - changing them to a D20 or D6 setup would be frustrating for those who have no-idea what it is, let alone the rules. Currently, they're a lot freer with the stories, the only limit being one's imagination.

Use one forum, the forums are arranged fine, more emoitions would be good, and guest posting might be nice (except moderators would need to keep a close eye on this, because we'll undoubtably get some people who'll just post crap)
