  1. You have some very ... ahh... refined repoints, Laforge 1. And I'll toast to that female trooper's armour That's what I call disarming.
  2. -80 ... better put the champagne in the fridge Well, either way: it won't last long Gotta love paradoxes
  3. Heck, that whole movie is memorable. I'll have to see, what they added in this special edition *drools* Die toten Hosen - ich bin die Sehnsucht in Dir
  4. Yes, in total ignorance of the existance of moderators, he was... Oh and for the sake of BEAK: it's Kiddo
  5. Woa, hold 'yer horses, Scath meant the king not our Elvis.
  6. The Foundations - build me up buttercup For I'm watching there's something about Mary again
  7. Aww, wait. I think I remember that one faintly. It's been years (~12) though, when I last saw Flying Circus in the original version. About 8 years ago, they showed a dubbed version on Sat1, but I don't know, if that sketch was in it, or if it was still as good after the translation.
  8. Hmm, dunno. But this somehow reminds me of Leslie Nielsen Dino's quote reminded me of the following: The only constant thing is change -Muad'dib
  9. Hmm, look great, this does When do you reckon, that it'll be uploaded ?
  10. Scath, maybe they have all lost it Ana Johnson - don't cry for pain
  11. - 90, it's getting closer... My thoughts exactly. What are the odds, that this name could be inserted by chance ? I think it's something like 2 to the power of a few billions and rising, if you catch my drift
  12. * sigh *Scath, you did notice, that this thread is about "quotes", right ? Well, a hint (which probably tells too much anyway) would be, that the group, who made this movie had something with snakes in their name.
  13. Hmm, I only get the automatic redirection image from Angelfire, that underlines their weird policy for not allowing remote links. Could you put some of the preview pics on a html page and post the link here, Gambit ?
  14. It's the same, 'cause it's a common description through every programming language. Scath, let's try this approach. Say, you're writing a new program, but don't know, how a certain button should be named. Then you just insert a temporary name, which is a placeholder, until you insert the text, that you want to have in the final version.
  15. Perhaps you recognize this one: "My sister was once bitten by a moose"
  16. Umm, yeah. I have a concept in mind, but currently no time to program it. What it definately should contain is a "memory" of the standard settings, that will just overwrite the files with the original values. Kind of like the default button in RebEd.
  17. That's what he always said PS: I will find my frog.
  18. You could click on 3PO/IMP22, he'll complain and you should be able to play. Then I'd make a savegame, which will allow you to play it again without that droid nagging
  19. -98 more to go... After Stellar was done with trying to hack into Scath's ultrasecure mainframe, he thought to himself "Well, that was easy.". But he still felt like he could do more. Then an idea struck him, why not hack into Zoot's network and find out, what the evil feline was up to in the Catti's own system. As he kept hacking on his keyboard the code sequences kept flowing over the screen, until he was inside. After a few minutes he thought he heard a muffled impact sound somewhere deeper in his command center. But after he stopped typing, nothing could be heard. As he continued, he heard a far away hissing, but payed it no attention. The infos from Zoot's network where essential. Then, suddenly a few lines appeared on every screen around him. Trying to hack, are we ? Well, my new associate will discuss these matters with you shortly. Z Stellar was baffled, how could Zoot hack him back so fast and who was this guy he was talking about ? Another hiss, closer ... and louder this time. Half turning his head back he shouted to someone from maintenance "Hey, could someone check the ventilation systems ? It's making weird noises." As if in response, the lights cut out only to reappear flickering in some areas, but leaving large portions of the room pitch black. Stellar turned around, was there movement in that shadow back there ? No, nothing could get in here without being noticed by the scanners. As his eyes continued to sweep the room he noticed a tiny glint in one of the larger shadows. It was swaying slightly, then it moved forward. The glint belonged to an elongued black head, more reminiscent of a snake, if there was any comparison to any living animal on earth. The thing opened it's jaws again, saliva oozing from the teeth, and slowly building a pool on the floor. The hissing sound came this ... thing, Stellar suddenly realized. He knew he was in deep trouble
  20. It has been updated. Thanks, Scath
  21. Woo, time to dust off this thread again. I've uploaded another tutorial today, which shows an easier and faster way to texturing. Thanks to Zeelich for showing it to me earlier.
  22. Scath, sure. But since it's in German, I didn't post it yet. 3) that's a temporary thing. Like when blue harvest became ROTJ
  23. Hm, the link didn't work for me. From what I remember, the link to your file should rather look like this: http://home.graffiti.net/yourusername:graffiti.net/Rebellion_models/ESD.rmd
  24. UPDATE ! Microsith have released an official statement as a reaction to these events. They claim, and this is where it gets confusing, that during the development of these files there were some placeholder infos, that had accidentally not been overwritten by the final version. The also state, that they'd solely use licensed software and they'll work refining their work processes, so that these kind of mistakes will never happen again. Ok, here are the two things, that I don't buy with this: 1) the name below should be a placeholder ? What, do they claim now, that they program the soundfiles, rather than recording and editing them ? 2) if and that's a big if, the name was indeed a placeholder, isn't it a bit of a huge coincidence, that the name used is identical to that of an apparently "famous" cracker, who used to release cracks for the very program used to create these sound files ? A cynical person might say, that they are just waving around with one hand to distract everyone, while the other one is working frantically on cleaning up this mess. I'm so glad I haven't turned into a cynic over the years
  25. Yep, classic. I took a look at it with a gif animator prog, before you released the slowed-down version. Lost Prophets - Ride
