  1. Check PM JC. If you find any bugs in the map, contact me. What do you think about the textures? I didn't put much, but texturing snow maps is kinda difficult, because you see everything 'white'... If you want more textures, tell me. Hope you like... ;D Observation: there may be some passability bugs near the cliff, but I didn't find any that is really annoying... If you find tell me.

Some day after I undo my screwed up correct scale attempt (damn, I changed everything in the game in land, but after all the job I realized that it was a [censored], not because the scale was wrong, but because such size changes made the games map and my previous maps look really...uh, strange) I'll try to code some unit using someone else model...

  6. I made a new squad but I'm not able to build it in skirmish. Where is the skirmish Imperial barracks data is? SpecialStructures?
  7. From what I know, the artillery thing on EaW (how I like to hear "Artillery on-line!" when the Rebels are using MPTL or if ZC is using MALs) is Imperial design, and it wasn't salvage from CW, just based on the SPHA-T.
  8. Perhaps that video was only showing the game specs and features in general... And has nothing to do with the story... BTW, who watched the videos about Euphoria and Digital Molecular Matter? (funny to see the guy trowing screaming R2s );

  10. Nice idea Jeteye... I removed the Acclamator from Empire in my game... It doesn't make sense in FoC timeline... I put it to be buildable only in skirmish space station level 2...
  11. I agree... The difference beetwen the versions, is big. The EaW one doesn't have the 'side' cannons (beside the cab)...and those turrets in the EaQ one are really ugly... And it's 'hull' (body etc, don't know a proper word to describe that... structure?) is flat...

To color my draws, I first make a copy of them (otherwise they would... looks... uh... how can I describe - need to expand English vocabulary - they would look 'messy' too), than I color the copy, not the original draw. Well, I'm not good in drawing 3D stuff too... It's hard... Very hard... I understand... Same thing here...
  13. Good question... I also wanted to know that... : Some time ago I asked if it was possible to build a certain unit after someother was destroyed... People answered that I would need LUA coding or story plots, I think...

To make a proper IFT-T TX-130T hovertank you would need a new model (since I don't thin there's a way to edit the game one yet) to add hardpoints in the sides for missile launchers and remove that ugly turret... As well to add the two antennas that it has (at least in Star Wars: The Clone Wars - because in BF games they don't have that).
  15. Yes I did. And I know that this doesn't look like Rhen Var much... I only thought making the map that way was a good idea... But now I see that I was wrong, since it really doesn't look like Rhen Var that you see in the games... :-\ Ah, and is only my impression or the TX-130T Tank fires missile in the main turret? Wasn't it's missile launchers supposed to be on the sides? ??? Or am I confusing SotE TX-130T Tank with some other mod tank? - I don't remember if I saw this in SotE or in some other mod some days ago. ;D
  16. To be honest, an absolutely excelent point of view... I realized the Death Star map error too, but although it's funny to play. I didn't realize that capital ships are useless in space battles though... Some maps, like Death Star may have their design senseless, but think, a completely realistic Death Star sector map shouldn't be funny (well, just because LA wouldn't make it in the way we imagine ). But I still think they did a wonderful work in that map, using creativity (and non-sense) to mix different well know areas of the DS into one single map. The unlimited rebel count in that mission is very idiot though... Otherwise they used half of DS as prison...

  19. Hmm... Vader being buildable in Hoth does make some sense if you think in the timeline events... Although, if you think in the cannon thing - Shak's probably point of view - the Executor (well I think people prefer the SSD than Vader himself ) should be buildable at Kuat... Or some other planet with huge orbital shipyards... BTW, what do you guys think of the Rhen Var map layout and terrain sculpting? I'm going to put some structures - being part of a Jedi Temple Complex - there, as you wanted.

  23. Yeah, they at least put some cool sounds for his pistol (like the ones in Lego Star Wars ;D).
  24. In most aspects I agree with this. And is it only my impression or BF1 has better graphics? Running both games with the same graphic settings - most things on max except shadows and anti-aliasing, I found BF1 graphics to be better than BF2... Or are only the BF1 skins that are better? But we still need to consider BFII: it has space battles (Ok, they screwed the SW cannon stuff, and could be better - but I already found some space maps in BF Files nice...), it has more game types (CTF, no reinforcements count, just ignore the flag and go as killing spree), some cool units (MagnaGuard, Imp. Officers and Clone Marines are cool - although I never play with the first ones - except in the Xbox version - since some other random unit with a rifle is much better), it's campaign is cool (at least I found the missions interesting), and it does have some maps that you must give a 10/10, like Mustafar, Mygeeto, Death Star, Tantive IV, because the mappers made them very impressive with lots of details (i.e.: Mygeeto you can see nice burned and destroyed buildings, and wreckage; Death Star also has lots of cool stuff)... BTW I forgot to mention Rhen Var in BFI, both levels are very cool. But I still think they should had make a larger version of Dune Sea in BFII - hey, they put Mos Eisley, why not Dune Sea?! : Well, to those who like BFI levels, download BF Conversion Pack from BF Files, although some maps are laggy and others (like Bespin) don't have nice texture as in BFI... :-\ ...But anyway, that's a great 'mod'...
