  1. Did you used any section of their code as base of other unit? Did you changed the section referring to galaxy-wide abilities in GameConstants? It may be a very stupid thing, as a example, I was having my B-Wing Squadron giving exceptions, even with the default B-Wing file... So I discovered that the B-Wing prop that I had with the same name of the fighter was giving me problens, since the game didn't realized wich one was the prop and wich one would be in the squadrons...

Really, I think the best thing is to get started on some modding tutorial, learn how to mod and instead of creating a topic filled with many ideas that have a high probability of not being used, you should create a topic showing what you have done to your game, even if you won't release it (I have a topic regarding my personnal mini-mod, where I bother people and ask for help and say what I have done in it, even if no one cares)... You will find that very funny... At least that's what I felt when I first coded something 'new' from my head...
  7. Thanks God!!! I have B-Wing Squadrons working again!!!!!! ;D The problem was because I made a prop version called B-Wing too, and the game was making confusion since we had the fighter 'B-Wing' and the prop 'B-Wing'... That's probably the solution of the problem with the Crusader Gunship... Now I need to fix the Empire Skirmish Space AI bug... Does someone know if there's some tag that can be added to Unit Abilities Data section that make it's 'disappear', expire, after using the ability? EDITED: Nevermind, I checked the Defiler's code... Now I wonder: - How can I make the 'Swap' ability work? I modified the game's missile satellite into one that can launch two types of projectiles... Although when he fires, he fires a continuous wave of torperdoes (even if I click in the swap button - it goes active as if it was active - it doesn't change. - Is possible to make the tractor beam satellite have two tractor beam abilities? I made that, but I cannot activate any of them... Although I think I know how to solve it (same bone on both)...

  9. Well, it isn't the best SW game... But it's good to play sometimes... And has some interesting ships... I think... Is there any way to change the camera view in it? Like to change it to 3rd person? (Starfighter overview, instead of 'cockpit' view). :

  11. I got it... Another idea: Sniper Troopers! I made it in my game using Scout Trooper model... Still needs some minor adjustments... ;D

  13. Uh... Just use the Rebel Soldier as base code... What problems are you having with infantry coding? At least you have B-Wings 'intact'...
  14. Very nice stuff indeed! Is the DT2-X a Dark Trooper Phase II droid but with his own 'programming'? I was going to do that with the Phase I... Although I wanted he to have a gun, not a blade...
  15. OH MY! That's look very awesome too! You two working on these awesome maps make me wish to back working on my project Bantha Docks, even if the coding stuff for it is giving me headaches... Off-Topic: Man, with all these features enabled (Anti-Aliasing, Soft Shadows, etc) it does look like 'EaW II'...

  17. Clone Asaj? That' VERY improbable... YAY! I got my TIE Scouts board ability working! At least in the TIE itself... Now is time to add that to the squadron and make a container, since targetable abilities does need containers... Oh, should be nice...

  20. You should start downloading converted, animated, skinned, etc etc (I mean, ready for use models) and try to code then for your personnal use instead of just keep dreaming... Then, you would be able to make some of these ideas come true... That's very more interesting and usefull (to spare time with) then making idea topics...
  21. Nice that you figured how to do that, but... Wouldn't it be easier to do a new model? Unless you 'really' rig it... Look at that model, it's HORRIBLE... Please, do not take that hard, and it isn't your fault.
  22. Ah, I made a same topic a while ago... From what I know there's no way to disable it... I already lost at least: - 2 or 3 Rhen Var maps (for SotE); - 1x Cato Neimoidia; - 1x M4-78 (for AoSW)... But the new one is looking better then the other; - 1x 'Bantha Docks' Project - but I had a backup; - 1x Battle of Endor 'demo attract' map; - and a project called "Troubles at Mustafar Map Pack" (1 Space map and 1 Land map), but had no backup for it... :'( As you may suspect after this list, I HATE with ALL OF MY FORCES that DAMN autosave "FEATURE"!!!!! > EDITED: Sorry, I just remmembered that I didn't lost all these maps due to that damn 'feature'... Some of them (like the Mustafar ones, Bantha Docks, and one of the Rhen Var maps) were lost when my Map Editor went crazy - I cliked in the icon to start then it said it wasn't installed and after I 're-install' it, it corrupted lots of maps...
