How many folks here watch it? A friend of mine has the first season on DVD. I'm about half way through it, and I have to admit it: I'm hooked. For those of you who don't watch the show, it revolves around Dean and Sam, brothers who, while searching for their father, fight supernatural forces that threaten people. In a way, it's very much a scary, American version of Doctor Who, just with more of a fantasy aspect than a science fiction one. The series has some great character development, with both main character experiencing inner deamons galore, whilst fighting outer deamons like mad. All in all, a great show. Who here watches it? Oh, and yes, before you ask me, this is just because Rob started that Heros topic.

*Blows off dust* So according to the wookiepedia article on Darth Vader's armor, he can't use Force Lightning because it would fry his delicate circuitry in his armor. Thus, Vader can not, apparently, absorb Force Lightning (at least, not through his limbs. If it hits remaining flesh, it's anybody's guess)

3PO is also in Raiders. ET's species shows up in Episode 1, Yoda is supposedly in ET, and Max from the old computer games is all over the LucasArts games (Especially Jedi Knight!)

Is that picture really from Raiders of the Lost Ark or is it shopped? I mean, I wouldnt put it past the guys at ILM to throw something like that in there durring production. According to the wookiepedia entry, it is indeed from Raiders of the Lost Ark.

I haven't tried wih IE7 again since yesterday (the twelfth) when problems started hitting. I run AVG as well. Strange that this would happen, but the general consensus is that its just a bit of code confusion?

I have the same issue. I'm glad I checked here, as I was about to make a new topic in "Outside Interests." Same result, same location, but only from the computer that runs Internet Explorer 7. The other computer I use has Firefox and works just fine with the site. I'm not sure why on Earth this is, but it is...

Huh.... I don't know why, but for a while now about 50% of the time that I open it up, it just stays on the "Loading" page indeffinately, either to go to the home, to log in, or to upload an image... Strange.

Impressive photoshopping! Didn't even spot the trooper for a few seconds- very subtley done, Mad. *Thumbs up* As usual, I have one and photobucket is being too touchy to open my account. I'll post it later... Anybody else have issues with photobucket lately?
