I think some of favorites are still the X-wing books. Go Stackpole! NJO was indeed about change. The universe isn't the same as in the movies, I admit the movie puriest have that point. But its not meant to be. Star Wars products can standalone and still maintain continuity within its own universe. I am really looking forward to Legacy and what happens. Without another set of movies, the future of SW is really with Legacy now. (Unless you consider the TV series, but I hear that's planned for post-ROTS and pre-ANH era anyway) I think the Lucas editors have done an amazing job. Getting really great writers and connected storylines. Otherwise, it would read as every Star Trek book... dull and pointless

Well because they are basically Zahn's domain. No one messes with his storylines. It seems the Lucas editors will accept whatever he writes, so long as it doesn't majorly break the SW continuity.

Note that television stations in the United States will all have to switch to high def by 2009. These are the free stations you are use to and most of them have a high def signal already available. More modern TVs can pick up the high def signal, while older analog TVs may need a box to do it.

As boring as Balance Point? If you're more for the traditional 'SW heroes and starships kicking @ss' - then Destiny's Way would probably be more to your liking. It was a great book, but I felt the character climax was really through Star by Star. I do think NJO series as a whole was done well, though I found some of the books more interesting than others. The ending was sort of a let-down, but I hope more of the issues are resolved in the Legacy era.

There's no limit on the database size. There maybe something within SMF admin panel that controls how much file space is set off for attachments? CHMOD is correct, it has been set to 777 and it is writable by other scripts. So it is something with SMF
