Like everyone else, I think the forum is pretty organsied - the only problem is the Download section, which is easy to get lost in As for the sig and avatar caps - well, avatars are already to have a cap of 80x80 pixels and no larger than 6 kb. Personally, I think it should be 10 kbs rather than 6 to allow for some of those cool animated avatars like SMs and ADJs. Though sigs definitely need a cap. Mad's is fine, though I find that Cain's is way to large (every time I see it, I think he's posted a picture) I'm not sure about size, though the res shouldn't be larger than 150x400ish. DG's sig is a great example of a normal sig, maybe that should be a template for others? Though I like the idea of some of the more senior members having these really cool sigs, ie. Mad, GAT, SM and (of course) Igor.

That's a great idea LLF!! !!

I really can't remember I do remember I found it a year before I joined up, though lost it again after that. I also remember I found it while searching for something with Google . . . though that's about it

Yeah, I'd say wait until the game comes out before doing anything else - the area for EaW is enough for now.

I guess it depends on the site content - like the others have been saying, if it's Rebellion related then definetly Hmm, yes and yes and did I mention yes? We've got quiet a few modelers as well as some awesome 2D graphic artists, it would be awesome to be able to have some images Isn't that what we've already got Not really sure about this one Again, depends on what the site deals with - I wouldn't mind linked this site with some others and visa versa. Though I don't think its something overly important I havn't really used either, and I don't have plans to

IC: (1138) The ship shudded again as turbolaser bolts collided violently against the ships shields, though there was nothing 1138 could do while he waited in his squads Gunship. The continuous barrage of fire would soon deplete the ships shields and start tearing at the ship itself. "Squad, as soon as we reach the planet's atmosphere we'll begin deplo. . . " The trooper's words were cut short as the cruiser's shields failed and the deadly bolts of energy ripped into the ship sending quakes throughout the vessel. Within a fraction of a second, warning klaksons blared throughout the cruiser with an unknown voice ordering all to abondon ship. The landing bay of the ship instantly became alive with activity as the entire ship scrambled to evacuate. Troopers standing near by the landing craft quickly jumped aboard only to be confronted by the new squad leader, BZH-3099. "Get to your own landing craft and head for your designated LZs," 3099 spat at the Clone Troopers trying to board the Republic Gunship. "We're holding here until A-23 and the Jedi make it out - alive." 1138 closed his eyes and began the painful wait for A-23, hoping that he'd reach the gunship before the Cruiser fall apart.

Well, I guess it goes to show you can do anything when you put your mind to it

Bugger! ! That's a lot of snow Hey Jahled, I had that same problem - started a few weeks ago. It stopped after Service Pack 2 crashed during installation and killed half my computer and I had to effectively re-install eveything . . . Hmm, just delelete your cookies like Griffin said - it's probably easier

OOC: Woo SM has joined us . . . as our enemy I throw down my DC-15 and surrender now!!! IC: (1138) An eerie calm washed over 1138 as he sat in his quarters, with his helmet resting by his side. His hair was matted from his perspiration after wearing the heavy armour of the Clone Trooper. He looked simular to most Clone Troopers, though for an unknown reason his face was thinner and his skin more pail. While in his armour, he felt like every other Clone Trooper - though when he was out, he felt like an outsider. He looked different, and now he thought differently to. For well over a year, 1138 never took off his helmet when around another Clone and the chances were he never would. It un-nerved him to be around those he was meant to be like, that he should be like. The view of himself, and the other Clones was an everlasting reminder that there was something wrong with him, something he would die trying to fix. "All Troopers from the 244th and 769th Companies, relocate to 5th deck for equipment check." 1138 put his helmet back on began heading down to the 5th, for mandatory checks before a mission. 1138 smiled to himself, The calm before the storm.

Ok, so my texturing got stalled when I got back to Uni last week and decided to try and work on an old model rather than remake it. So here's my take at the MC 90 http://img240.exs.cx/img240/8157/mc90012vq.th.jpg http://img231.exs.cx/img231/9917/mc90026ke.jpg http://img231.exs.cx/img231/3145/mc90030he.jpg http://img231.exs.cx/img231/6039/mc90045zg.jpg http://img231.exs.cx/img231/5711/mc90056pg.jpg With this model done, I've got two left (planned at least) for the New Republic and then I'll have no choice but to work on textures - guess I can't put it off for ever

Ah, it was a suggestion - At-Ats aren't used for boarding, I was merely suggesting or playing with the idea of a quadroped walker design to be used to gain access to captured ships within a ISDs hangar.

If you've been looking around for a car lately, one that shows your true character, then this is the Car for you

Ah, one of the misteries of Star Wars Well, originally the idea was for the TIE Bording craft to dock with the Tantice - you can even find artist sketches of the Tantive with TIE Borders in the Star Destroyer's hangar (I know I've got it somewhere ) Anyway, the point of this is that the TIE Bording craft does exist - whether or not it was used to board the Tanive? Well, we'll never really now, though I'm curious on how they got to the Tantive even in the hangar? Large bording arm? A walker or maybe a gangway?

BadSams' Sci-Fi Battle Royal, I.5: Fett vs. Batman
Krytos replied to BadSamaritan's topic in Outside Interests
Fett with his visor taped over would not only win, though also take out Batman for getting in his way -
What kind of a Star Wars character would Dubya be?
Krytos replied to teukros's topic in Outside Interests
Well he's got the qualities of an Imerial, though he's just too much of a . . . what's the polite way of putting it? A dits? Well, that'll do Let see, evil and inept - that's a Hutt. All he needs is connections with a crime sindicate and he could be Jabba and Bush Snr. could be Durga -

Don't mind the occational Law and Order, I'm a fan of the original CSI though can't stand Miami and New York seems to be very simular to Miami (first epidsode aired last night) I like the Monty Pythons, I mean who doesn't? Faulty Tower's was a classic, shame there was only 13 episodes - in Year 12, my Senior School Cooridinator loved it and would use it to "teach" us lesson Didn't like Smallville much if at all, though Futurama was great (why do the good shows die young?) On the plus side, Battlestar Gallactica starts tonight!

You're not kidding, I just quickly googled Maul, and the first row of images are all of Maul's face! Search for a few minutes and you'd probably find all the pictures of Maul you'd ever want EDIT: Also try this one: Darth Maul head You get more with that search than Darth Maul's Head - so much for grammer on the web

I've found for all the GTA that they're great fun . . . for around a week, then they get boring. Same missions throughout the games, each game gets some new feature, graphics and other little things to get you hooked - though it isn't long until you get bored of the same old thing
-
This would be very useful early on in the game, it would allow you to manouvre your fleet. I find that early games, and even the latter, stop you from doing any form of real strategy due to limited space and time. Though, you'd probably have to reset to a fighter representing 12 fighters once your fleets have the capacity to hold 50+ fighter squadrons, otherwise your "holocube" will be extremely large

I don't mind the occational spoiler, giving a rough idea of plot/storyline, just so long as there are surprises left when the flick comes out
