  1. Hmmm...try the rebel ai. The problem may be that the ai tries to build specific units as per its faction (rebel ai tries to build Corellian Corvettes, but the Pirate faction doesn't have them, so it doesn't do anything). I don't have any suggestions other than to try the basicrebel ai instead of the basicempire.
  2. I'm pretty sure there's an intervention_tech_level.xml file or something like that. You'll probably want to look in there.
  3. Yes, just change the Build_Limit_Current_Per_Player to something other than "1".
  4. What's the difference between and 'official expansion' and a patch? They both come from the same source.

  6. SirNuke, very clearly you aren't paying attention. The 20+ models cut from the game were complete working models, including textures. And yes, we do require the mod tools. I've never played Rebellion, and I don't care about Rebellion. This game is not Rebellion. So if Rebellion is what you want, get off these forums, sell your copy of EaW, and go play your damn Rebellion isntead of complaining about it here. Get a damn life.

  8. Well, those people are losers (synonymous with "pre-teens", now that I think about it ;D), so who cares if they benefit from our work? It's not like their helping out at all, their just whining over on the LA forums.
  9. Like everything except two things, both of which are conditional. By saying that the AT-AT can no longer stop while being tow-cabled, does that mean we can't use the Stop command to make it stop? And as for the no heroes on the Death Star...curses! That was my only way of making the Death Star selectable...though since the model has no bones I guess anymore that that was a moot point...meh. Oh, I'm drifting off onto a little project I had going that failed miserably... Anyway, sounds awesome! Gotta try that Corellia map...

  12. I don't get why ground units are so complicated and spread across multiple files when space units (aside from fighters, and discounting hardpoints and projectiles) are only on one.

  14. The holiday special is a travesty. I've watched it once, and shall never do so again. Besides, it doesn't fit in with the movies at all. It was just a TV gimmick (hence it's being a 'Christmas Special').
  15. Veers' troopers? There's no such thing. The AT-AT spawns a normal company of stormtroopers.
  16. Okay, I had a lvl 2 space station, 1 Acclamator, and 2 tartans, and one hypervelocity gun on the planet. The enemy had Home One, 3 Mon Cals, 7 Assault Frigates, 14 Neb-B frigates, 23 Corellian Corvettes, 8 Corellian Gunships, 4 A-Wing squadrons, I think 9 Y-Wing squadrons, and 16 X-wing squadrons... Results...I won. I kept my acclamator next to the station and used my tartans as cover for it (since you get a free one from the station). I lost the acclamator after a few minutes. I used the hypervelocity gun on probably 18 or so of those corvettes, as well as one the Home One, Neb-Bs, Mon Cals, nd Assault frigates. By the end I had two hardpoints on my station (one badly damaged), one TIE fighter squadron (hangar was destroyed, and killed the last Neb-B frigate with my hypervelocity gun to win the battle. They lost thousands of credits worth of ships and I lost a couple thousand...Huzzah!
  17. It's a game. The main point of games is being able to do stuff you can't in real life...like CONQUER THE GALAXY!!! MWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAAAAAAA!!!
  18. You have to change Build_Initially_Locked to "No" instead of "Yes". You'll also need to add these lines: Yes 1.5 That should fix the problem. Don't forget you need the Yes line to be in their or the fighters can't be built. Tech Level must also be a number other than 0, something 1-5, or you can't build the unit. Make sure the Build Cost and Build Time aren't zero either, because that also makes the unit unbuildable.

  21. Well, two usable abilities. Innate ones like production discounts and Force Earthquake on buildings don't count.

  25. That's definitely the problem. For now, only Imperial Stormtroopers can drop out of AT-ATs.
