I agree with you some on that one turtle.... but also I didnt like how they HAD to tie everyone in when it came time for the prequels.... like greedo... they screwed that up since he was already given a back story since after the movies... so they "ret-con'ed" greedo in Ep. I as "Greedo the Elder".... Father to "Greedo the Young".. who shoots first... (HAN SHOOTS FIRST!!!... dang it..)... whew... ok.. but yea... i didnt like how everyone had to be seen at least once... you know?.. i was shocked we didnt run into a baby Han almost...

Spurs Update! Michael Finley opened game 5 with back-to-back jumpers as the Spurs built a 34-15 first quarter lead! The game was won in the first quarter! The Jazz never led once the entire game, the biggest lead being 29 points. A Woo is in order.. but I never saved one to my computer... so.. WOOOOHOOOOOO!!!!! SPURS WIN THE WESTERN CONFERENCE FINALS!!! Now they go on to face either Detroit or Cleveland in the NBA Finals. GO SPURS GO!!!

Discounting his better than horrible performance in LOTR and his.. perhaps.. ok performance in Pirates.. if you look at the films he's acted in.. they arent exactly the best films out there... despite Troy which I dont think was made good because of him.. in fact.. i think its one of the few that you can say was a good film that he was in... i just think he stinks all around...

Personally I prefer something along the lines of "Dorkus Malorkus" ok.. old humor...

I suppose I would be someone like Boba Fett, but wouldn't find it unreasonable to be a Jedi working for the side of good.

Thats the series I really want to get into.. just have wayyyy too many books to read right now.. i would say like two banker box's worth of books...

I finally saw 28 Weeks later last night... pretty good movie. I enjoyed it and thought it was a good addition to the storyline. Some parts were a little far fetched I will admit.. even with the willing suspension of disbelief.. but it still is pretty cool.... now i gotta get back to planning for the eventual Zombie take over

I'm currently reading Cradle by Arthur C. Clarke and Gentry Lee. But I havent gotten all that far in it as I'm also reading The Grays by Whitley Streiber at the same time... I'm considering putting one of them down to start reading my (somewhat) newly acquired The Guns of the South by Harry Turtledove.. but I'll probably just end up waiting until I'm done with Cradle.. I also want to read the Worldwar Tetralogy by him. I've been interested in those ever since I saw them in Barnes and Noble..

I've been forgetting to post the Spurs updates! Spurs beat the Suns in a very physical series which caused quite a controversy among both teams... Horry was suspended 2 games while Stoudemire and Diaw were suspended 1 after a scuffle in Game 4, which the Spurs went on to lose tieing the series 2-2. After the suspensions, the series moved back to Pheonix where the crowd booed the Spurs on every possesion it seemed. The Spurs beat the Suns in their home court and then brought it home for the 4-2 series win. Now they are up against the Utah Jazz and have dominated them both games in the series thus far. In the first game the Spurs had as much as an 18 point lead! In game 2 they had as much as an 22 point lead! The Spurs are totally smashing the Jazz! GO SPURS GO!

I do agree with everyone else.. you need to calm down... and dude.. Tofu.. something all young people should know.. and be told... Being drunk is not an excuse for anything.. you are more than cognizant of your actions when drunk, hell.. I'm BETTER at spelling and grammer when I'm drunk.. this whole "I was drunk" thing is just an excuse for people to cheat on their girlfriends, get into fights, and just be a plain jack ass.... so don't even attempt to use it..

Here is how it goes: Terran + Protoss = The Night Elves Terran = Humans Protoss = Orcs (But I ain't sure about that) Zerg = Undead (The two races are the same) I would think the protoss were too technological to be equal to the orcs... but their whole Dark Templar thing reminds me of the night elves yes.. and I'll totally agree that the undead = Zerg... they even had Zerglings!!! (basically).. but anyways... I soooo can't wait for this game!.. One of my all time favs (as I'm sure with a good number of us) is Starcraft.. and speaking of game sequels.. I was reading up on X-COM (one of my old favorties) the other day and found out a very similar (almost sequel) game called UFO: Extraterrestrials was slated for release yesterday!.. After checking out the site.. I'm so freaking buying it.. was going to yesterday, but I had to go to the TOOL concert.. so I didnt get the chance.. but today is another day!

I'm glad I'm not the only one who thinks like that.. the whole undead having to build on diseased land was way too familiar.. (i.e. zergs building on creep).. I soooo cant wait for the release of Starcraft 2!.. now I might just have to get permission to install Starcraft at work so I can keep myself trained and ready for it!

Are you saying like as an intro to the movie it shows him fighting.. eh.. lets say chameleon and he wins and gets him jailed (or some equivalent) just so we can see the villain?.. but the movie goes on to another story line?... i kinda like the sound of that personally.. although i dont think Chameleon would work.. Ok.. I'm not putting any more spoiler warnings.. cuz if you havent seen it.. and youve been reading this thread... everyone else has already blown the lid... I think Venom didn't die.. in my opinion.. but I wouldn't be surprised if in fact in the next film it is stated he did... being that he was only added due to pressures from the studio... it's not like Raimi wanted him in there anyway... so.. might as well kill him off when you get the chance.. plus.. every other villain has died at the end of the movie (Green Goblin, Doc Oc).. so it would be safe to say that Venom is dead too... maybe.. and the next film is going to be Vulture and Carnage or Vulture and Lizard.. I mean.. they almost signed Ben Kingsley as Vulture.. so.. I think they would revisit that.. but thats me..
