Long before I knew that Vader wore the suit because of his loss to Kenobi, I had my own theory on his predicament. I thought he wore the respirator, mask, etc. because he had been in so many vicious battles over the years from killing off the Jedi and each of them had all taken a toll on him physically.

Wow, that sure is some eye candy right there. Looks good.

I just find that the enemies move too fast and run circles around me. Either that or I just suck...

I took my wife to see Juno (chick-flick alert). It wasn't so bad, but I much rather would have seen Walk Hard or Sweeney Todd. Such are the sacrifices one makes when reaching marriagehood... (Yes, I know that's probably not a real word.)

Awhile back I bought Jedi Knight: Jedi Academy for my PC. After toying with it for awhile, I really got frustrated with it. Does anyone else find it a difficult game to play? To me it was very difficult to control and fight enemies.

Speaking of Empire at War and its expansion Forces of Corruption, I recently downloaded a mod someone made for them that puts General Grievous and his ship (Invisible Hand) on the side of the Consortium. What do you think was the best and worst stuff to come out of 2007? Does the game ever allow you to duel heros against each other? For example if you can you duel it out as Luke against Vader on the Death Star? Unfortunately, each "battlefield" has its own unique hero. Thus, Palpy was only playable on the Death Star, etc. etc. So the hero you get depends on which map you're playing on. Secondly, you cannot "select" that hero. I havent played in a while, but from what I recall, if you get a certain amount of kills, the option appears to transform your current trooper into the hero for that level. So, if you're playing a Stormtrooper, and get an x amount of kills, the option will come up saying "play as Darth Vader" and if you select yes, you become him for a certain amount of time. As for fighting other heroes, I forget. I dont think it happens in single player mode, because I forgot if the AI player can activate their hero. In 2-player mode Im pretty sure you can. I think I recall playing my friend, and I became Darth Maul and he was whatever Jedi was at that battle, and we duked it out. But don't quote me on that. I haven't played in a long time. Darn. Well, I've said it once and I'll say it again: I wish they would make a game like Star Wars: Legos only more realistic and a serious tone. It would kinda be like those Star Wars games for the SNES, only with more modern graphics, and in 3D. Guess I'll just have to settle for Star Wars: Legos on the Wii for the meantime.

I saw I Am Legend last Friday and I can't say I enjoyed it. It was decent, but I wish I had waited to rent it. Due to the CGI, the "vampires" looked fake. The would have been better off using real people with makeup. Also, this week I bought Rob Zombie's: Halloween on DVD. I highly recommend this movie. This weekend I plan to either see Sweeny Todd or Walk Hard. I'll let you all know how it goes if I do.

Just thought I'd pop in and say hello. My life has been really hectic and wonderful at the same time lately. I just started a new job, got a new apartment, and got married to a wonderful woman. I also went to Paris, France for my honeymoon. The downside to all of this is that I don't have regular access to the net like I used to. Anyway, just wanted to say hello everyone and I hope to be on here more again soon.

I just recently bought Star Wars: Battlefront II for the PS2 as it was on sale for $20 and thought I'd try it out. I also recently beat Super Mario Galaxy and it was a lot of fun.

It saddens me to hear of this. GMC/Paul will be missed. We will always remember you Paul.

I recently saw The Mist. I highly recommend it, as is one of Stephen Kings best films.

It appears that No. 5 got to go to New York City and soak up "input" for his sequel, but No. 4 got surplussed and sold to Mall Security for his sequel. It looks like I didn't miss too much by not seeing it Ha! I love the Short Circuit reference. Another 80's flick.
