I just voted to allow him back. I didn't really notice what he got banned for, but give the guy another chance. At first he had only caught brief glimpses of them, flashes as senior offices added the contents to mugs of coffee; but as he developed the detail to his briefings he began to see the Jack Daniels more openly passed around, to the extent he began to think something was up when whole bottles were openly brought out on the coffee trays and the Generals reached straight away for them. This had began to make him reflect on the manor in which he conducted his explainations on the dire crisis at hand... The only way I have experiance Leadership increase is by the Incite Uprising mission, and only when it's been used on systems with garrisons on. It doesn't seem to increase on ungarrisoned systems! And in all the games i've played i've only ever seen 'My incite uprising mission was successfull. I have inflamed the something or other,' despite all the successfull converting Alliance systems to neutrality. Very odd.

We've never met each other, he's not met Zoot, and I haven't a clue if he rides a Vespa!!! London is very big. He lives in Croydon, which is technically outside of London, to the south, not so far from Gatwick airport. I live in North London near the North Circular, off the A1000.
