That's probably the best deifinition of Brazilian music I have heard of! Cumbanchero has no meaning at all, at least not one I can decipher. The ending -ero has to likely meanings one is that someone or something is from Cumbancha(as if it was a town, or something), or that someone or something does Cumbacha(a rhythm, etc).
