  1. ...So on a scale of one to ten, ten being the highest, how good was it?
  2. Texture it and color it and you've got yourself a very nice looking hand, Krytos! I've been meaning to design a hand or something in AutoCAD Inventor...
  3. In another language, perhaps? Is the word still going to be 'FOOTSTOOL' when your done, or will it be a synonym? Also, is the fact that it's all in caps important?
  4. The meaning of life Rather depressing, eh?
  5. If you looked at it forward, then looked at it backward and were suddenly dyslectic.
  6. Ah! It's kinda like "It" with Tim Curry, only not as creepy... Could always be Doctor Frank N. Furtur! (I would laugh my ass off if you did)
  7. Snow? What's this strange 'snow' thing? I don't get it down here (Though I wish I did sometimes... Would be nice if the seasons actually changed!) Anyhoo: Do you believe? Edit: In relation to the "Size of the Universe" stuff we discussed: On a slightly smaller scale... Or larger one, depending on how you look at it. Edit 2: The Agendas of balloons... Because we don't have enough albinoblacksheep on here. Edit 3: Albinoblacksheep vs. YTMND!
  8. I thought you hated the French You said something about it being hereditary in all Swiss people... Or something to that extent.
  9. I'll keep that in mind , it might "spice" things up a bit So we'll have two amputees... Interesting...
  10. It casts a faint shadow in strong light, but still makes things invisible... it would fit on your finger- They've created the One Ring!
  11. The penny is only copper coated- beneath the coating is, I believe, steel. Don't quote me on that. Edit: I differ to Tex... @Rob: That story actually made the local news, here! How funny is that?!? Edit2: kinda cool IMHO
  12. I'm pretty sure I'm now destined for hell...
  13. Or is he How do we know you aren't really just a brain kept alive in a tank of juice, eh?
  14. And on a completely new note in Science: We created a new element!... for all of one millisecond I vote that we name it "Tofutium," but that's just me, of course.
  15. It was dull, poorly written, and truly boring. I feel as though I wasted my time. Just kidding with you, mate. Well, granted, it is kinda boring, but that's just for me because I'm reading it without having read the latter three books you listed, nor the majority of the EU books for that matter. Your writing style is smooth, and flows well. This reads much better than most fan fiction (And by 'much better' I mean infinately better) and, as an added bonus, has a fairly small number of grammatical and spelling errors! W00! The only downside is that there seems to be no real hook- it's almost as if your seeing this from the perspective of a stone skipping across water as opposed to one which is actually immersed in it. That may be a result of the snippets, but it still exists for me. Other than that one issue it's very good- write some more, SOCL! P.S: If you kill me now, I will A) Be severely irritated and B) Become more powerful than you can possibly imagine!
  16. Scary as hell! I must get one...
  17. Wait- Ackbar died?!? I didn't know that! GAH! NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! .... You bastard...
  18. Another "**** off" line. "Your chances with me are about the same as hitting a two meter target in the Death Star trench run." "Well Luke di-" "With twenty Darth Vaders!" "Maybe i-" "While you're flying a single person Y-wing. Alone." "Bugger..."
  19. I personally liked the fact that old characters were now fair game. Chewie was a fairly 2D characters, and he was the obvious choice to kill. I though that the other authors handled his death very well, with regards to Han and the other Solos' reactions. I just didn't like Vector Prime due primarily to style preferance. Didn't Salvatore write the novelization of Ep. III?
  20. Pay attention... What does that phrase mean, again? It sounds vaguely familiar, kinda like that noise in the background when I'm sketching stuff out on my paper for 'notes'... I've actually got some stuff I ought to scan up sketched out in my Government notebook... I'm better at art than my comic might make it appear.
  21. Nice... Best quote I've gotten in a class so far: A friend: "I was having an argument with my brother about whether it was Louis XIV or Louis XVI who was gay the other day..." Me:"Wait, one of France's kings was gay?" Another friend: "He's French! They're all gay!" I'm sorry if you're French- I know that you do not have a predetermined sexual orientation. I just thought that was really funny when I heard it...
  22. Well, the Green Screen Challenge is over... Edit: My personal favourite
  23. I still claim that the Heir to the Empire trilogy was way too predictable, and that his writing style was tremendously chunky... I have yet to read the legacy books, yet, but then, I still have yet to read the rest of the NJO books... Can't find Dark ****ing Journey anywhere but online... Damn you, limited library!
  24. Heh- we're minorities, here, SOCL. I love Stackpole, but hate Zahn. Everyone else apparently loves 'em both. Go figure
  25. Heh, I have an issue with working through the stuff I don't like. I'll concentrate on the huge, impossibly awesome climax, and the great plot twists along the way, but that whole "Rising action" and "Development to the suspense" always seems to get me.
