Heh. I remember in Jedi Knight II, I shocked the heck outta Jan. But that is an interesting thought, about killing off Stormies to destroy evidence and witnesses.

I got Super Smash Bros for the Wii over the weekend. A whole lot of fun. Also got No More Heroes, which is the bloodiest game I have ever played. You play as a mercenary who wants to become the #1 assassin for an organization, thus he must kill the 10 top assassins and take their place. You have an electrified sword (reminds me of a lightsaber) and there are mass decapitations and people getting split in half. I pretty fun game.

Yeah, I watched that in my international politics class a few weeks ago. I cant believe Saddam allowed his country to be invaded by the U.S. just to keep up his image in order to keep Iran in check.

I dunno. I would think that a droid would be given basic programming, allowing it some degree of independence to get its job done. It is a worker, and would do whatever it takes to perform its assigned task. On the other hand, 3PO does not have the benefit of factory programming, so he may be less sure of himself.

I wonder something now, thinking about the personality differences between 3PO and R2. I wonder if the fact that 3PO was made privately by Anakin made him more...insecure, I guess. On the other hand, R2 was factory made, and his programming may have been more professional, making R2 more independent and secure.

I totally see where you're coming from Eagle. I guess that I am more in favor of private donation than a set tax. Like, my ideal system would scrutinize a lot more in order to make sure no one abuses it, and would be funded mainly by private contribution rather than through taxes. Rather than raising taxes and what not, encourage the wealthier Americans at home to contribute to society by donating. One of my biggest concerns is that I don't think a 19-year old college student who works part time should be having to pay to help lift society's burden. Thus, one of the reasons I am against Hillary and Obama is because I am against universal health care, which is probably the second biggest topic they talk about next to terror. So what Im saying is this: -Fix the system that is already in place. Make sure only those who truly need it are on there. Then Im more willing to help out. -Change the system so that the majority of the program is funded through private donation rather than taxes. Lower taxes and encourage private donations from the upper-middle class bracket. -Change the system so that individuals in high school-college do not pay into it through taxes.

I didnt even remember seeing that other one posted Tofu. I assume it was dedicated to D-Day? I will read the other one some time in the very near future.

Got to see Semi-Pro and 10,000 BC this weekend. I was looking forward to both since I first saw each trailer. Semi-Pro was alright. It wasn't Ferrell's best work. He's done much better. Just a sprinkling of laughs here and there. 10,000 B.C. was quite the disappointment to me. It visually looked awesome, but the story and other stuff was lame. And let me just say that the trailers with the sweet-looking saber toothed tiger were...very, VERY misleading. I was kinda sad that both movies disappointed.

Now I had my beard since Halloween of...2005, when I was a pirate. I grew it for the costume, then decided I liked it and kept it. In 2006 I was Silent Bob, so the beard still worked. Then last Halloween I was Super Mario, so I had to shave. I shaved a week before so I would get used to it, and I hated it. My face felt weird, and I looked mad weird. I keep it in nice shape though, trimming it almost twice a week and shaving daily to keep it well-groomed. Its not irritating at all.
