  1. Evahe smiled and moved to shake the General's hand. "General Ioor! It's good to see you again. I'd love to chat with you but there is no time for that right now. We could have a serious problem. I still belive it's only a pirating group but...well we'll talk about it later. I can't tell you everything I know in front of everyone." *** "I came as you asked, sir." Evan took a sip from his Corellian brandy and raised his head at the General. "Good, I can tell you all that I know now that it's just us two. We've lost contact with once of our task forces charged with the job of exploring the unknown regions and...." Evan paused for a moment. "And what sir?" "Well, an Imperial outpost in the unknown reigions has been destroyed. I've seen holos, the destruction is complete. It is quite a sickening picture in my mind. There are also holos of the fighters which might have done it, I will show you them later. Listen, I still think it's just some pirating group and not a major threat but it needs to be investigated. Which is why I called you." Evan paused again. Ioor just sat there, clearing thinking over what he had just heard. "I'd like to go investigate myself, but as the Supreme Commander of the GFFA Fleet, my disappearance might cause some trouble. You will be given a task force of ships and are ordered to look around in the unknown regions. Don't bother any of the species there, but make sure to get a good look around. If there is a big threat there, we need to know before the begin a major campaign..."
  2. OOC: Sorry about the OOC post, but I have one thing to say. Why the heck are we using Z-95s thirty years after Endor? There's been eight years of peace, that's more than enough to give every Jedi an X-wing!
  3. Yeah I like the EU Jedi also, but I have to say of those I voted for Plo Koom. Don't know, just like the way he looks....
  4. OOC: Alright Trej I'm gonna skip the formalities and just get to the part where I learn what happens. Evahe watched the holo of Cal Omas disapear. A lot had happened since he had left for the diplomatic cruise. An Imperial outpost bordering the unknwon reigions had been destroyed and a GFFA task force with the purpose of exploring the unknown reigions had also been destroyed. The image of the mysterious fighters was also disturbing. What could they possibly be? Nothing else had been seen like it. Was it just some pirating group...or was it a bigger threat? Whatever it was it needed to be investigated. If it was a mere pirating group forces could easily be deployed to stop it...but if it was a larger threat. Then the full force fo the GFFA might have to be brougt to be bear. Evahe slowly walked back to the bridge, thinking of what to do on the entire way. He knew just what to do. He had the perfect commander for the job. He needed to contact General Ioor aboard the Mon Mothma
  5. Evan sat in his officer, thinking intensly. This would not be just another engagement, Evan knew it. He knew what was coming. More Rebels ships arrived by the day, doubtlessly the Imperials would have a huge fleet to match the Rebels. Doubtlessly both sides would have tricks up their sleeves. As for fighters, the news was all good. Commander Baumer was to lead a squadron of the experimental A-wings. Evan still didn't completly trust him and would certainly keep an eye on him. Other than that, there were hundreds of Rebel fighters prepared to defend Sluis Van to the death. Evan was proud to be the leader of them all. The stage was set for the greatest battle thus far of the Galactic Civil War. Evan knew that many of the brave pilots would die, and he himself might not live through the battle, but death did not scare him. He had faced it every mission, and although he never had thought he would die, any mission could have been a trap that ended his life. Any mission could have ended his life. Many heros of the Alliance had come to defend Sluis Van. Admiral Helos in the Valiant. Ackbar in the Liberty. Merick in the Chronicle. Doubtlessly the Imperials would bring their own share of heros. Evan was counting on Noreto and Thrawn. There was a knock on Evan's door. "Come in...."
  6. Heh in that photo the Stormie/New Republic soldiers are so dead. Anyways, A board game would be awsome. Who could resist deploy your Star Destroyers or At-Ats to crush the Rebel scum?
  7. Man that would be awsome. I wish, I wish...
  8. Evan's comm beeped. "Sir there is a man here asking to join Green squadron. What should I do?" "Send him to me, I'll take care of it." Soon enough, the man arrived at Evan's office. "Ok let's see how you do in the sims." *** Some time later... "It was close...but your scores are high enough to make it into Green Squadron." OOC: Sorry, didn't have much time
  9. Grand Admiral Evahe Litok stood on the bridge of the Super Star Destroyer Guardian. Eight years had passed since the Yuuzhan Vong invasion, eight years since a major crisis. Indeed it was a time of peace, the galaxy had been united against the Yuuzhan Vong and now it remained united in peace. Granted, the Alliance was fragile and could easily be broken, but it was progress. The mighty shipyards of the GFFA could easily produce enough ships to destroy any known foe. The GFFA fleet had been reduced in the years of peace, but it was still formidable enough to delay long enough until the full capibility of the GFFA was reached. It was quiet, and Evahe had little to do. There were no major foes that required the fleet to defeat. The Jedi order was more or less repaired from the damage it had taken during the last conflict and was always growing. The galaxy was still very much scared from the Yuuzhan Vong invasion, but after eight years it wasn't quite as visable. Nevertheless, there were still rumors of Yuuzhan Vong raiding groups and Evahe never doubted them. Doubtlessly many of their warriors would follow their code of honor and fight the GFFA until their death. Evahe had fought them enough to know that. He hadn't been much back then, just another captain. But after the war he had quickly rose in the chain or command. He had proven his battle skills and with so many heros retiring, he had eventually made it to the top. He was now the Supreme Commander of the Fleet. Yet there was still trouble in the galaxy, problems always arrising. Nothing that required the fleet of course, but the Jedi were always quite busy....
  10. Not going to happen obviously, but that is pretty cool...
  11. Evan moved quickly and soon arrived at Ioor's Cabin. "I'm here General." "Good, I need you because we're moving to Sluis Van. Ackbar has given me command of the large fleet there. There is a possibility the Imperials might strike and we need to be ready for anything. How long until your men can be ready to move out?" "Immediatly, sir. I'll go tell them now." With that, Evan quickly ran out of the room. He quickly gathered together his pilots and told them what had happened. They seemed eager, ready for more action...but Evan knew better. This battle would huge. If the Imperials attacked such an important planet they'd do so with massive force. Many would die...
  12. No, sorry I don't
  13. Yeah, somewhere in my house. Not for sale.
  14. Ebay? Or some bin in a game store heh....It would be pretty hard to find, I think I actually got it back in the day.
  15. OOC: What finished? The RPG is very much going on...
  16. OOC: I was just gonna run and show you my TIE defenders. Take note of them, because you might be seeing them again soon enough.
  17. The Iron Grasp floated in orbit around the small planet which housed a Rebel base. It was of no great importance, but after his latest raids, Zarin ahd decided to go on a little tour of Rebel bases. He needed to get to know his new ally. The base was well built, but it wasn't very large or important. Just another base. Suddenly, a large Imperial fleet jumped out of hyperspace. "Evasive manuvers! Put our shields up and prepare to defend ourselves! Get us out of here ASAP!" The large ship moved as quickly as it could to escape, but the loaylist Imperials were quicker. Two squadrons of TIEs, a TIE bomber squad and some experimental fighters moved to delay him. If he left them alone, they'd cause severe damage, but if he attacked them...the Imperials could catch up. Meanwhile, Rebel forces were launching, but overwhelming swarms of TIEs were moved to destroy them. Zarin grimaced. Reluctantly he spoke: "Fire to scatter those TIEs, then launch Crimson squadron. Tell them to cover us, then join us at Gamma base." He knew Crimson squadron would do the job, but he was reluctant to risk them. They were his best, his best pilots and extremly expensive fighter craft. The blast of fire from the huge ship scattered the loyalist TIEs. Then Crimson squadron launched. They had one mission: Disable the threat from the TIE bombers. Quite simple for a squadron as good as Crimson. They used their speed and manuverability to evade enemy fire and launch accurate concussion missles. The experimental loyalist TIEs provided problems, but the TIE defender's shields protected them. As the ISD sucessfully escaped, Crimson squadron quickly followed. One moment more of a dogfighting and they would have been destroyed and overwhelmed.
  18. Yeah Mad, that's great I'd join the Rebels, lead a squadron of X-wings and ....well...then I would die....
  19. I say we do it
  20. Out of the abyss, came Green squadron. With them was two corvettes, a host of transports, Blue squadron and the Chronicle. Suspicious it might be a trap, the Rebels were prepared to withdraw at the slightest indication of trouble, but as they came out of hyperspace, everything was fine. A convoy, two TIE squadrons and two carack light cruisers. It still could be a trap, but it was worth investigating. The TIEs moved to attack, but were no match. The X-wings and corvettes repulsed them and, when they were pursued, immediatly surrender. The carack light cruisers fled. The station had a few laser canons, and attempted to resist but a few proton torpedoes convinced it to surrender. Everything went smoothly and the bacta was secured. Soon the Rebel fleet was leaving to the safety of hyperspace. Nothing had gone wrong. It had all been done as Baumer said it would. Perhaps he was trust worthy after all...
  21. OOC: Although I'm pretty sure you wanted Mad, I'm gonna take his place if it's ok with you Evan looked over the reports. He yawned, it was the boring, usual stuff. Just his pilots latest simulator scores and results of routine raiding missions. It was all positive reports, but that was of little consequence. Just more boring raids. I guess it's better than going on another risky mission so soon... Suddenly, his comlink beeped. "Sir, Commander Baumer has requested your presence..." This should be intresting... Arriving at the medical facilities, Evan saw Commander Baumer looking at one of the bacta tanks. He appeared to be on the verge of despair. "You wanted to talk to me about something?"
  22. Aww, c'mon join the main would @ Trej:
  23. Evahe watched as the resistance fighters closed in on his interogation room. He gritted his teeth as another stormtrooper fell. There was no time to interogate the prisoner. He took his remaining stormtroopers, and ran. The Rebels tried to stop them and a few stromtroopers fell, but Evahe shot back. A Rebel or two hit the ground and then it was over. He had escaped. There were more stormtroopers than Rebels, it would all be over quickly. Moving quickly, he looked for more stormtroopers...
  24. Yeah...
  25. The other guy was playing the Corellian...
