What the electoral college should do is vote via percentage of the popular vote. For example, is candidate A receives 60% of the votes in a state and candidate B receives 40% of the votes, then 60% of the electoral colleges votes for A and the remaining 40% vote for B. I don't like the current electoral college process, yet understand why it was implemented in the first place. I just think it needs to be revised so that a Republican candidate can't say "Well I don't need to campaign in Texas since it's a red state" and a Democratic candidate can't say the same thing about New York. I just think this makes more sense.

The winter break does indeed cover Christmas, along with Haunkah (sp) and Kwanza, so everyone's happy!!! It goes on til January 15thish I think. I dunno the exact date, but somewhere in there. Got so much stuff to do, between ebaying it up and the holidays with my family and Festivus with my friends and my friend's birthday and visiting my sister in NYC and seeing New Found Glory in concert and going to South Carolina for New Years (I'll almost be close enough to throw something at Tofu's house)...I'll be a busy beaver.

I found my little cousin a train that is remote controlled via a whistle. Apparently when you while the train either goes forward, reverses, or stops. I thought that was pretty neat.

Actually I think the main reason I surpass Tex is due to the crash. I took my leave of absence at about the time the crashness default restored to. And I came back about a week or 2 before the crash. So while my post count was not affected by the crash, everyone else was. Is this making sense, cause I'm not too sure myself...

Today's my last day of slaving away for the man!!! Since today was the last day of classes, I also made it my last day of work. This way I can cram over the weekend for my 3 finals on Monday, then I get to go home!!! Then I will begin my winter break career of selling off the junk in my room on ebay.

What if like somebody was to take a needle and slowly inject you with ammonia or bleach or something to that effect? That would be pretty rough.

I really hate stupid people. Another funny thing that some moron said was in my American Revolution class. We were talking about the switch from the Articles of Confederation to the Constitution, and got to saying how there was now a executive branch of the government, where the President was elected via the electoral college. So the class got into a big discussion, and eventually this stupid kid says something to the effect that if the electoral college was scrapped and the country went to a direct election of the President, it would lower voter turnout because people would feel that their vote was being thrown away. Then this other kid was like "what are you talking about? If anything the vote is thrown away with the electoral college. With a direct election, every vote would count." And the first kid started arguing back, disagreeing, and me and the kid next to me just started laughing. I really hate stupid people.

SOCL is gonna love this story in particular. Im sitting in my Western Civilizations class today, and the kid next to me turns to me and asks what I wrote my comparisson paper on. I told him I wrote it on the Roman Republic and the Germanics. I then, being the polite young lad I am, asked him what his was on. He said "I wrote on how the Greeks borrowed from the Romans". So I said, "you mean, how the Romans borrowed from the Greeks?" He said, "No. The Greeks borrowed from the Roman culture." I said "Dude, the Roman civilization came into existence after the Greeks. By the time the Romans came to power, Greece had been invaded by Macedonia." And he said "No man. The Romans were first and the Greeks took from them." I just laughed to myself about how he was going to fail his paper. Then later in the class, to further confirm his stupidity, as the professor was going over the artwork from the Renissance, the same kid asked "who painted that picture?" when the Mona Lisa came up. Not only does everyone in the world at least know who painted it, but the artist's name was right up there next to the title of the painting. GOSH!!!

That's cause a bunch of nerds are going crazy. I'm sorry, but how hard are you motioning your hand to roll a bowlingball in order to crash into the tv screen?

Well, there is a cheerleader. She has the power to regenerate and heal herself. I still prefer the power of time, though. To put it back on track, if you were fighting a bad guy, you would just stop time, walk behind him, unfreeze time and then hit him with a lead pipe while he's still swinging in front of him where you were a nanosecond ago.

The microwave is definitely bad. I consider drowning up there too. We were playing some game one day, and this question came up asking "how do you want to die?" So I had to write my answer down and everyone else had to guess what my answer was. My answer was "by the sword". But I think that would hurt quite a bit too.

Well, look at it this way. If you're a fair guy, and take life easy and such, and only post INTELLIGENT replies on the forums, it will take you as long as me, and I suppose you can throw Tex in there too. We started almost the same time, but it took him awhile to get used to this new-fangled technology of posting on a forum. OR you can be like SOME people who freakin post a comment for everything they see, spamming to their hearts content, and waste posts CORRECTING PEOPLES GRAMMAR. By some people I mean Tofu. So the choice is yours Eagle. You can be a good old boy like me and Tex and take your time, or you can be like Tofu, who's dream is to be the ultimate noob.

What do you guys make of this?.

If you stop time, you give off an aura, or forcefield if you will. You can control the size and shape of the aura to encompass whatever you like. This aura protects those inside from the stopiness (patent pending on this word) of time. Thus, you can make an aura to protect you and your car from the time stoppage and drive wherever you want. Also, if you want to take your best bud backstage at one of those photo shoots Tex was referring to, you can. As for the gravity, you just place the aura around the object and the object is thus back to how it is naturally, gravitationally speaking.

I've always wanted a castle. They are so neat. Castles are also why Ireland is on my "top three nations to visit" one day. plus I want to catch a leprechaun
