The Wii is ridiculous. You need a 16-digit console number to find a friend, and then a 12-digit number for each game. So one game will be one number, and another game will be another number. Its a bit ridiculous, but I think they did it so that a family could all play online with their own characters. Edit: There's a website I found called miiplaza.com which makes it easy to track all the different game numbers. Basically, you set up your account, and you can add friends directly from the website. You can also compose a list of all the games you own, and then it makes it easy to find friend's game numbers. Its still a pain in the butt though. This is probably my only problem with the Wii.

I started to learn Italian when I lived on Long Island. They started it in 6th grade. But then in 7th grade I moved upstate, and up here they only offer Spanish and French (as the honors course), which starts in 8th grade. So yeah, I lost my chance to learn Italian, which upset my family (my family is Italian, and everyone speaks it)

I was wondering how many languages some of our members can speak, especially seeing how it is a global community. Though I hate to admit, I got the idea from Tofu (what's come over me...giving kudos to Tofu and raising his ego even more). So as for me, just English. I used to be decent with Spanish, after taking it through high school and college, and working at a restaurant with a spanish-speaking work force. I would love to learn another language. If anything, I think Russian or Japanese, though both require me to learn a whole different alphabet...

I just feel that it could be a bit more...descriptive. I mean, it can be about anything. It could be about the history of Russia, or how to find Russia on a map, or the botany of Russia, or how to drink vodka...it's just so open-ended!!!!!!

I only lost on purpose twice: once as the Rebs and once as the Imps. I wanted to see the ending movie scene when you lost. I liked when IMP-22 attempts to have you assassinated.

Im taking a class on the history of Russia now, which goes until right before the creation of the USSR. Then next semester Im taking the same professor, who's teaching a "History of the Soviet Union" class, as well as the "Nations and Nationalism" class. He's a real interesting guy, who was born and raised in Kazakhstan. Between the history of Russia class and independent research on the Space Race, I have gained quite an interest in Russia.

Going to see "Dan in Real Life" this weekend. Im looking forward to it, because I truely enjoy Steve Carrell.

I went on a Dune spree in my High School days. I read the first one, loved it, and read the other ones the school library had. Unfortunatly, as is to be expected, the movie was horrible. I still remember chuckling profusely as the Harkonen (I think that was the house) Baron went floating around...

Speaking of nationalism, Im taking a course next semester titled "Nations and Nationalism", which focuses mostly on Russia and the Soviet Union.

My gf revealed that she bought me Stephen Colbert's book, but I can't get it until Christmas. Im sad.

Just got back from NYC, celebrating the misses 21st birthday bash. Twas a lot of fun, and I was on a level of smashness that I have not been on in quite some time. Also got to see my newly-wed sister and bro-in-law, so a good time was had by all. Now I must clear my head in time for class tomorrow.

Sorry. I was rather upset and a bit buzzed last night. I was watching the New York Rangers game, and it was a very upsetting game. The Rangers showed little sign of life until the last 10 minutes of the game, where they scored 3 goals, but it just wasn't enough.

I'll wait and see what others think. Horror movies are so hit and miss these days. What I am looking forward to is Sweeney Todd. Johnny Depp + Tim Burton= great chemistry and awesome movies.
