If you play as the Imperials, you are pretty much required to build a Death Star. Not only is it useful for taking out capital starships, but it also keeps up moral in neighboring systems (rule through fear). The Death Star is a must. If the Rebels manage to destroy it, just build another one!

Yoda successfully hid on Dagobah for many years without being detected by Vader or the Emperor. I believe a powerful Jedi master can hide his thoughts as well as his presense from other Jedi. -

One of the upper hands that Palpy had was that he had just spent unknown years working his way up through galatic politics to get to where he was. He had to endure countless boring social events and whatnot, pretending to enjoy himself, all the while plotting his inevitable rise to power. When he was finally able to name himself as "Emperor", he was not about to let Yoda cut his fun short so quickly. Palpy had every intention of ruling the galaxy with an iron fist for many a year, and no one was going to stop him. -
And what about Zeus? He was quite "active" in Greek mythology.

That's actually a very interesting take on it. Having both sides forever in balance, keeping eachother in check, maintaining a harmony throughout the galaxy. Very interesting indeed.

I dont know. He could have tried to overwhelm Palpatine with the Force, but at the same time, the Emperor could have negated that power. Just as Yoda is able to negate Force lightning (against Dooku in ATC), the Emperor would have had mastery of the Force in order to protect himself. Also, Palpatine hinted at being Plagious apprentice, and being so, he would have had the knowledge he claimed Plagious had to maintain life. I don't know if Yoda had that power. Sure, he lived over 900 years, but that could have been due to his race. -

I must personally decide on Palpy. He was extremely proficient with a lightsaber, and his Force lightning could whup ass. The Dark Side is a very powerful force to be reckoned with. We saw Maul hold his own very well against two Jedi, Dooku took out two Jedi and held his own against a master right after, and we know that Vader also a dangerous foe. Palpatine would definetly have been able to dispose of Yoda had they been in a duel to the death. -
Gosh! Yesterday morning, gas was at $2.65 or so. As of 6pm last night, it was up to $3.10. I'm afriad to go outside today to see if it went up anymore.

Ok. We saw in Episode III that Palpy and Yoda had a very, very interesting duel. Palpy ended up forcing Yoda to turn tail and run. Do you agree with this? Had there been a battle to the death, who do you think would have won? Who is the better master of the Force?

Oh, I build more then 10. I build like 60, send them, then resend them. This way the job gets done faster.

Maybe the Force can. I mean, if the Force can allow some guy to mess with someones head and hurl lightning bolts at them, why can't it create life as well. I remember from Jedi Academy series when Admiral Ackbar's aide (the other Mon Calamari chick) had the power to go into Mon Mothma's body and pull the poison out of her one molecule at a time. If the Force can do that, than me thinks it has the power to create life.

This may sound crazy, but, once Im comfortable, I build a crap load of Probe Droids and send them to every Outer Rim Planet, seeing where the Rebels are beginning to get a foothold (which may reveal the location of the Rebel base). I then usually build "Outer Rim Squads", which are simply 2 Star Galleons, an Imperial Escort frigate, 6 TIE Interceptors, and 6 troops. I then send one Outer Rim Squad to each Outer Rim sector and take them over one at a time, building up my resources to expand the Empire.

When I do happen to play as Rebels, I always leave Yavin ASAP. I play on the largest galaxy, so there are plenty of other uncolonized systems to explore and take over. If playing against the Empire, they always go there eventually (though its a waste of their time).

I remember most of those crazy perks of being a kid during my time (the 80's), and I do not recall an Action Man. Was he earlier than GI Joe?

Well seeing how the Force is everywhere, I guess it can also jump inside a women and "fertilize" an egg. Though why it only happened once (as far as we know), then the question is why would the Force impregnant somebody.

I'm not sure. I dont play the Xbox, so I dont look at their games. Some games are made for multiple platforms, and some are made for just one. I think Star Wars games tend to be made for only one platform. Like I believe that only the PS had Jedi Power Battles, and only Xbox has some of those new Jedi Knight games. -
But I think all action figures go out of control. Like the Ninja Turtles. Now I loved (and still love) the Turtles. But there was like 10 versions of each Turtle. I remember one line that was called "Sewer Spittin", where each turtle filled with water and then squirt. Then there was another stupid line that had them all in "costumes" (I remember Leo was a samuari, Donatello was an undercover detective, and Mikie was a clown). But I guess that that's how marketing works. Just keep poppin them out til the whole fad dies down.
