Yeah when I confronted them about it they said "The old ones look so old though"... Not for that day and age. If you look at any movie from 1977 today and compare it with Star Wars then Star Wars kicks the crap out of it. And personally I do think it looks 'old' but almost as though it was intended to. The OT is a pleasure to the eyes.

Lucas does is it because he has a need to feel powerful and in control of Star Wars, he's a piss poor director and an even worse story-teller. Carrie Fisher and the cast all say that he only ever said "More intensity, more drama!" so there ya go...

I resent that man... Why does he feel the need to prove how powerful he is by going against everything written? Its terrible....

Say what you want to about Williams and his music but anyone who can pump that out in just a few weeks (basically) has my respect. Did you know that Williams compossed the score to ANH in less than seven days? Kind of cool. One thing I greatly admire about Williams though is he doesn't throw a choir into every single piece just to make it feel dramatic, which is what is happening to every movie soundtrack nowadays. Also, in episode two, if you listen to the song "Across the Stars" then a lot of it is taken from William's score in "Hook" that starred Robin Williams and Dustin Hoffman. And the Yavin Medal Theme, as you said Trej, is part of the Rebellion theme song. Also, it's good that the rebels have as great a theme as the Empire. But yeah, I think thats why it is there.

That last post makes me think of this thread as a commercial... Naja: RebEd is great with the character pictures, but can it change stats? Evaders: You bet, and for a limited time you can get RebEd for the unbelievably low price of (Insert Price) but wait! Call in the next ten minutes and (Insert bonus item). Just listen to this story! Naja: WOWSERS! I bought RebEd and now I can make my StarDestroyers weak, making the game harder. Man I don't know how I ever loved the game before I got RebEd! Evaders: See what I mean? And not only can RebEd change pictures and stats it can (Insert features) T.V. Viewer: It can do ALL of that!?! Holy crap! I'm going to order right now! Sweeet!

Okay, I am TIRED of waiting for reloaded, tired of playing the game with no differences other than pictures, and tired of not being able to edit the game as I wish to. Therefore I am going to start writing messages to LucasArts asking for the source code. They have no reason to keep it from us, hell it would do Rebellion good because if the game was able to be edited in a completely different way more people would get back in to Rebellion and buy it, some of the time from Lucas Arts. I mean it is going to end up helping them in the long run, maybe not massively but still. Also I am going to start petitioning, so anyone who wants in tell me either in this thread or PM me. I am open to any ideas, so everyone feel welcome to tell them to me.
