Wouldn't it kick ass if in battle you could send troop carriers to ships that have been disabled and board the ship, thus enabling you to capture them? And then the AI could do the same thing so you'd want to preserve your ships and keep troops on every one that you can. I just think it would be cool.

There is a limit, although there may as well not be one. There are only so many planets in the game, and each one is capable of building a certain amount of resource structures. Now lets say you control every single planet in the game, and all of them are maxed out. You can no longer build mines or refineries on any of your planets, but you still have an assload of resources. You build and build and build and build when finally your are out of resources, and you can't build any more mines or refineries. That would be a limit. Although you would be able to alter the limit by scraping buildings and building more mines or refineries and still continuing construction, but say you do that then eventually you would not have any shipyards, or training facilties, or construction yards, and this would serve as a limit. Those aren't official limits, but you can consider them to be.

Speaking of fanfic ships of absurd sizes and power, I remember seeing this stupid ass Eclipse where the superlaser functioned as a gigantic lightsaber XD. Kid+Paint+Star War= Crap... Inventive Kid+Paint+Star Wars= Crap of unusual sizes...

Yeah I agree with Jahled, I'm tired of playing the game the same old way, besides it's not like Lucas Arts is going to redo Rebellion, I mean Empire At War is coming. That is Lucas Arts solution to all of the Rebellion fanatics out there. They want to go out of their way and make a completely new game just to show how powerful they are, just to buy off all of the Rebellion stuff so they won't have to redo it or anything. That probably makes little sense, since I'm on the borderline of sleep right now, and so I'm not completely sure if all of the above makes sense... Best to ignore it... >>

It's not like they need to put it out there that it's an Imperial Star Destroyer, I mean obviously we know it's an imperial ship, it's not like any other faction has them in their fleets...

I would still play with them, but unfortunately I was born into a generation of morons who make stupid ass lego sets, therefore I have to use generic lego's to build what I want, which becomes a pain in the neck after looking down at the ground, searching for hours for one specific piece that I'm not sure I have. So I would, but I don't since I can never get anything built before my neck or back start to ache...

Wow, my polls are actually being successful, how splendid. I'd go with the Star Destroyer too, I'm young, and owned Shadows of the Empire for N64 when I was 7, which is where my love for Star Destroyers spawned. I mean the game makes Star Destroyers seem invincible, especially when you spend six hours shooting up the deflector shields on it only to deplete the ship's shields to 98% capacity (Anyone ever play the game and remember that at the end of the game?). So yeah definately the Star Destroyer...

Indeed, or a mastercard commercial... Coresca Gem: 5 billion credits... X-wing Starfighter: 3 billion credits... Lightsaber battery: 500 credits... Training with master Yoda: 8 billion credits... Knowing that your lightsaber isn't going to burn out: Priceless... Thats a really shitty commercial now that I think of it, but I'm sure mastercard could pull it off differently...

In addition to making Lucas Arts pull their heads out of their asses (Making them create a Rebellion 2) we should now crusade even further, we have the power to restore the original lego's to their former glory, Viva La Revolution!

Heh, lightsabers burning out... I can see it now... Darth Vadar: Impressive... Most impressive. (Luke drops from the hose, and sprays Vadar, and pull his lightsaber to him. As he turns it on to block vadar, there is a sputtering noise like a car engine and Luke's saber turns off, thus resulting in the severing of his upper torso from the rest of his body.)

Apparantly it has General Grevious and all that jazz, so it looks pretty nifty. Back to traditional legos though, I think that lego is losing it's edge, it seems that nowadays they manufacture specific and unusual pieces that can be used in the construction of one thing, not like they used to. Its just kind of disappointing that they don't build things directly from the original pieces like they used to...

As said earlier, you wouldn't be able to channel energy through a black crystal...
