Okay I was wrong, I admit defeat. I was biased in my opinion, and was just saying crap about Sith. So yeah Stellar you're right, but still I'd rather be a Jedi than a Sith.

A jedi abides by the force as something to be respected and not fooled around with whereas the Sith are consumed by it, and thus become a tool of massacre. I feel that a Jedi, if they lost the ability to use the force, would still fight for their beliefs, whereas if a Sith lost the ability to use the force, they would simply diminish. That means that the Sith rely on the force, a crutch if you will. Anyways, I don't fully agree with the teachings of the Jedi, or the Sith. I think that in order to be a true Champion of the force you would have to find a balance between the two. I mean you require the sense of justice that a Jedi would possess, but you would also require the strength and ruthlessness that a Sith would possess to enforce that Justice. So neither side is truely correct, this is an amendment to my earlier statement.

For some reason, after the install fail of RebED, my cd rom drive screwed the hell out of my rebellion CD, literally killed it, scratches everywhere. I don't know how or why but I do know that it sucks royally, so I was wondering if anyone here knows where I can get a new copy for under $20, and because I have a trojan on my comp I am unable to search for things online, I have to have exact links and such, so if someone knows a place I can purchase the game online for under $20 I would be greatly obliged, also if they could include the link to the place.

Well I for one am proud of being a Jedi, I'd much rather make the world a better place filled with justice and purity, as opposed to going around ruining someone's life just because their opinion differs from your own... Sith have cool powers but they blow in terms of theories and morals... So yeah, I'd rather be a champion of the force than a tool of the force. And the yellow lightsaber color because I think it just has a more calm feeling than blue and green.

I'm aware of that, but if the crystal was black you wouldn't be able to produce a light with it because it's black, kind of like you can't hit to solid objects of the same mass and density together and expect them to go through each other.

Nickname: Aenivae Ikeda Biggest Problems with SW Reb: Terrible Graphics, Bad combat sequences, not enough Jedi training going on, piss poor AI Features you liked the most about SW Reb: Jedi Training, Diplomacy. Features in other games you want included: Some of the Civ3 diplomacy added in, also some things from Jedi Knight and X-wing alliance that I will put a description of: Other must have features: For one I think that each ground unit, stormtroopers, darktrooper etc. should all have interchangable weapons. Like that suit the situation. Equip them with certain rifles or missle launcher for defense, whereas certain weapons for offense. Also I think that darktroopers should be able to battle jedi, as they do in the books. Second, I think the same thing should be done for starfighters, equip them with standard proton torpedoes for dog fights, and concussion rockets when attacking starships. I'd also like to see more force sensitive characters, and I'd like to see bigger advantages to having certain characters being with a fleet. I'll have plenty more later so I'll post em when they come up.

I think that Lucas died or something like eight years ago and then Lucas Arts was like "Shit, no more money!" So they made a robot of him, and some shitty movies hoping no one would be able to tell the difference. I agree that Peter Jackson did an excellent job on LOTR but I can't imagine him doing a great job with Star Wars. If there was going to be a new director for Shadows of the Empire and the Thrawn Saga I would say that Timothy Zahn would do a badass job. Timothy Zahn is (for those of you who don't know) the writer of the Thrawn Saga

Also Lucas needs to make it very clear that all of the technology from the old republic is destroyed during the clone wars, that way there is an explanation for why the prequels are clean and new, and the old movies are... old

I know how Episode III can be saved! The most important thing for Lucas to do is to kill JAR JAR. In a painful and slow way that lasts for ten minutes or so. After that, he needs to have all the wookies kicking the shit out of the gungan army. Then when thats all said and done, BANG, out of no where a bunch of stardestroyers blow up naboo, with padme on it (Luke and Leia just barely escape on a lambada shuttle.) Then they need to have Vadar just doing what he does best. Ass kicking! First pick off the sissy Jedi counsel members (Plow Koone, the big headed guy. All the others.) all at the same time. Like have him throwing lightning and objects at them, while slicing em to bits. Next have a short battle sequence between him and Mace. Have a dramatic death (like just before vadar kills mace the whole scene cuts to TPM scene when maul kills qui-gon) and then it shows Obi-wan screaming in rage again. The two duke it out, vadar gets knocked into a pit of acid, and then the movie ends with Obi-wan reading a copy of "The Hitchhiker's Guide To the Galaxy" which shows a page of how accomadating Tatooine can be. THEN THE CREDITS. And as an extra it can show the gungans getting their shit ruined during the credits all over again.

I just want to see a bunch of star destroyers bombard the hell out of naboo, if all of the gungans die in revenge of the sith, then the first two disasters that were episode 1 and episode 2 will be well worth it. That said, the trailer kicks ass. Although I have a question, during the clip with the two big ships shooting each other, is there a corellian corvette in the background, also I could have sworn there was a quick shot of what looked like an x-wing, although it would probably be the z-95 headhunter or the prototype to that. Something I noticed about episode 2 by the way. Mace Windu isn't a true light jedi. When he kills Jango, he is defenseless, because first Mace cuts both his guns in half, and then slashes the flame thrower gauntlet, then Jango is backing up with no defenses, and ZROOOM Mace Windu dices his head off... Yeah, true master of the force. WOOKIES ALSO, BWAHAHAHAHA WOOKIES RULE, AHH I DAMN NEAR SHAT MYSELF AT THE WOOKIE PART. I mean come on, a giant walking carpet that tears your arms off when it loses a game, whats not to like?

Okay, Ewoks blow. Plain and simple. It's a fact. Anyone who disagrees is wrong. Lucas created Ewoks for one reason. They sell. Despite the fact that Ewoks sucked ass and they were bullshit Lucas figured, "Hell, looks like the trilogy is done, might as well make things that will make a few more sales, rather than keep the movies perfect. So long as I get a few more sales I don't care how bad I screw up the movies..." The proof of that statement is in stores now. Toy stores. There are now little five year old star wars toys that blow chode. Lucas allowed these things to be created just so he could make some more money, I mean good god how low do you have to be to do something like that? Anyways, the point is that ewoks are quite possibly the worst things ever created, and they should be replaced with escaped wookie slaves... Yeah

Actually I think I may have figured it out, if someone who has RebEd downloaded already would send me the file via e-mail it may work, I think there may be something up with my comp because lately I haven't been able to install anything I've downloaded but my brother has been able to install things he gets in the e-mail, so that may work. I recently joined the site (Thank god that theres a site devoted to Rebellion tcs) and after downloading RebED I went to install it, however an error came up saying; Error creating registry key: Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVerion\Uninstall\RebEd v0.26_is1. Setup was not completed. Please correct the problem and run Setup again. I haven't the slightest clue in hell what the problem is, so if anyone could tell me what it is and how to fix it I would be most grateful.

Wouldn't it be cool though? Being able to use planetary defenses in battle. I mean obviously the defending side has to have some kind of advantage, otherwise the two fleets may as well just be fighting in some random are of space with nothing in it

You know how if you have a turbolaser battery on a planet that it will destroy a ship of the bombarding fleet sometimes? Well I just thought that it would be neat if you could fire at enemy ships using the turbolaser battery during a battle, of course it would have like a recharge rate like the deathstar, but I just thought that then it would be serving more purpose
