I would have to go with Leia myself eventhough she serves the new republic. That could always change with a little taste of the dark side (hehe)

Does make it a hard choice, as Trej put it - one's real, the other there are only drawings of. If you put Padme into the list, that would be a very easy choice

I choose none, because there's no choice to make... You need an actual comparison to fell a choice and there's no comparison here.

 

I'd go for imagination, as I can imagine a perfect woman and 'attach' her to the Daala character, or working out a perfect woman out of Daala's few descriptions.

 

If it were 'real' vs 'real' say Padme vs Leia, I'd say Padme.

If it were 'fiction' vs 'fiction' say Daala vs Jaina, I'd say Jaina.

Yeah, thats true. From what I remember in the books, she had a really bad temper and the only character she cared for was moff tarkin. I do remember that she respected paelleon (Darksaber). Other than that, her short attention span would have many men worried when she got bored.

Now if you want a survey of fictional characters, try daala and Isard. Which one would kill you first?

I've never actually read a single Star Wars book. I don't like to read that much. Message boards are, of course, an exception.

Also forums and chat rooms are exceptions. I mostly just don't like to read books.
