I think VB is the way to go - I have never talked to any of you about this but I used to run several web sites and have compared each of the leading forum software vendors available. As a web master I ran a few techy sites for software and hardware problem solving sites. I have installed and ran Invisionboard - 2.0 is a great version and has good features - very dynamic and can be modified to your tastes via addons/mods you can install. Any guy who knows XML Coding can do it. PHPBB - its, FREE and good, but its a bit flacky. Can be modified to your needs via mods and addons. - Can be a bit unstable though. - when adding mods to it. V Bulletin Boards. Rock Solid. Can be modified and changed to suit your needs. Plenty of features and looks great. Downside the licence is very expensive. - But easy to moderate / Administrate and use. Out of all of these I used Invisionboard and used to write XML code for mods / Addons for the software - its VERY easy to use and not too expensive. So for me it would be eithewr VB or preferably Invisionboard 2.0
