  4. Energy capacity was formerly used for weapon charging. It is now a vestigal value - no use whatsoever, AFAIK, tweaking just the shield regen value should be enough.
  5. So its generally horrid. Death Note was a special exception, the actors were good.
  6. Oh bother, a movie? Not gonna click that link yet until I mentally prepare myself. EDIT: Live Action? Damn that will suck. Death Note was well done but um...really, I doubt it'd work out for this, judging from that... And no thanks even if it were good (which I seriously seriously doubt), there's just something that's saying to me that I shouldn't bother at all regardless.

  8. I seriously doubt changing the starfighter to be labeled as a vehicle would work. That might work for say a corvette, but nt a fighter. Fighters come in squadrons, hence they should behave like an infantry squad when garrisoning. Oh, I tried that already...added a container for every single squadron, setting all the category flags, etc. Thats how I got the arrow to garrison to appear. Maybe we have to set the fighters as infantry?

  10. Cloaked attacking is possible, but only through activated or triggered abilities. ie. Luke's saber throw keeps him cloaked, same with force earthquake, but slash with the lightsaber reveals him...
  11. Yeh, I tried too. I could get the garrison dots to show up, I could get the cursor to appear, I could order my fighters to get inside, but they don't.

Probably the EXE...and across several ALO files containing data for the button points, some LUA, the GUIDIALOGS.rc, etc...I dunno, I'm never gonna mess with that. so yes, having it be triggered works for targetng abilities, but for stuff like power to shields, etc hat don't use the section, rewrite the GUI...noones done it before so, good luck
  13. Its a GUI limitation. The AI uses the thrid ability fine, but unless you want to rewrite the GUI, leave it at two activated abilities and as many triggered (ie. damage reflection) or state-based abilities (ie. combat bonus) as you want.
  14. I just did that before I left on my trip. The precoded hardpoints will work. All you need to do is: - Change one of the firebones for one of the hardpoints to MuzzleB_01, since they are both MuzzleB_00 precoded. - Delete the fire category restrictions (it only fires on infantry precoded) - Increase the fire cone width to say, 10 or so. 1 is too narrow for mounted hardpoints. - Add the hardpoints under in the AT-AT groundvehicle. Now it should work.
  15. Well...I'm thinking of nerfing the Canderous some (just a heavy vehicle) and adding a UT-AT (AT-AT/520BP like)... I have to get its behavior to be right though : I want to to fire with its front turrets and face the target, but its turret on the top makes it prefer using that...
  16. Yes that happens. Sometimes, the game just doesn't read the file if there's something wrong with it rather than crashing. I think its happened one or two times to me before (like I started a skirmish game and I had no frigates available to build)

  18. Well not Warrior, thankfully you didn't say "Grunt" lawlz And my Mandalorian elite is kinda ripping off halo already -> low amount of shield, fast regeneration.

  22. You can use Fire_Category_Restrictions for the rockets to make them not fire on anything but what you want, the AI won't be so smart about it, but people will learn.
