  1. All Imperial Frigates and Capital ships now have a limitless spawn of TIE fighters. ^^ REALLY bad imho. nothing should have limtless. not star destroyers. not space stations and not the buildings on planets!
  2. no i mean most games have an interface like gamefolder/mods/mod1 and ingame u can chose mods as such mods work online and u can see what mods if any a server is running we currently don't have any of that, and it shouldnt be up to the modders if the game is supposedly mod friendly.
  3. we've been told it's very mod friendly...but is it? i mean the only way to install a mod is through the crute xml folder which means one mod at a time, you can't really switch mods either and online - no way of knowing whos running what mod so it ends up being that you can't run any mod so, is this support coming in a patch soon? or were we misslead, or do we simply not see the mechanism in place?

  5. was there changed to capital ships? i'd like a few things, firstly lower travel speeds in the galaxy map so u cant go thru a galaxy in a second! secondly i'd like starports to have a price increase.

  8. im talking about broadside/marauder as they're supposedly good against fighters and space stations which makes em hard to take out! i perfer proton torpedo's on auto..but kinda conflicted as its good against capital ships but u dont wanna send xwings against capital ships
  9. fair enough! was just worried that the special would be useless, although what about changing the a-wings special and adding the hunt for enemies to either a-wing and/or x-wing. I find the current a-wing special rather useless and any fighter thats meant to take out fighters t/f awing/xwing should have this ability imho! oh and have you done anything to the missile corvette's to make them less...abusive?

  16. indeed! will you be releasing your galaxy so other mods can use it too, i'd like to try it with the sw realism 1.2
  17. dww43(i think) made a galaxy that ahs 80 planets...apparently higher causes system lag, think any of you bright modders can find a way to seperate the galaxy into sectors like rebellion or another way to we can get more planets?

  20. what kind of gameplay are you going for? normal eaw or say more realistic approach such as the realism mod and others have done?

  22. what about releasing the galaxy so others can use it in their mods or even better improve it - adding more planets (unless you covered all 300+ hundred of em oh and is it possible to make trade routes visible...so i know where i can be attacked from?

  25. was cruising thru the lucasforums when pg-darthtorpid said this: Once you create the planet in PLANETS.XML you also have to add it to the tag within a campaign file for it to show up on the map. -Darth Torpid -Game Designer -Petroglyph just a heads up for those who wanna add more planets!
