OK OK so Ghostly and Rogue convinced me to get Guild Wars. I'll post my character later and maybe some screens. My character is Portha Traxxon and is a Ranger, with my second class as Warrior. Currently lvl 3, although I'm about to level up again.

I've just got news that Evillejedi (sorry about spelling) is making the warlords mod for Galactic Civs 2 as well. That's awesome!

I've only gotten to play a bit so far. Overall I love the game. The custom ship editor is cool. I'll post more when I actually have time to finish a game.

THIS IS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING AND YOU PROBABLY WON'T BELIEVE IT!!! Ok so I have Galactic Civs 2 and while browsing their site I found this topic. http://forums.galciv2.com/?ForumID=161&AID=106741 Apparently in response to GC2 not having copyright protection, the people at StarForce have posted links to a torrent download for the game!!! This steps beyond all lines of decency at the very least. To say that a company promotes piracy and then links a download of that game in their official forums (starforce that is) is totally wrong. I say StarForce should be sued at least and then shut down.

I can't find a way to try the naval stuff. Since I have Act of War I had been wondering if this was worth the $40 and had wanted to try out the naval combat.

Ben Skywalker is Luke's son. The books shouldn't be that rare (some are and some aren't), but there should be at least some in your local library (unless they are from a universe far far away ) and bookstores.

Well there certainly are books that cover the movies and just retell the story, but most of the books are filler for the Star Wars universe. There are books from when Obi-Wan was a young apprentice to Qui-Gon until Luke is an older man. Actually I think the books may even go further into the past than Obi-Wan, but I'm not sure.

The coffer is that thing at the end of the Unifying Force book right? If so then Jacen manages to fall completely into the force as he is defending against Onimi, the true leader of the YV, who incidentally is not stripped of the force like the rest of the YV.

I just finished the part on geonosis and now am on the Ghost ship. I don't think I'm ever going to play mp on it unless people on this forum want to. I mainly got it for the story and it's another SW game for my collection.

I'm getting this game and it looks pretty cool. It's TBS and like Civ4. You can create a custom civilization and customize your ships. Also you have race alignments (good/bad/neutral) that affect your relations with other races. Only downside is the lack of mp.

Some thoughts on jedi in a Star Wars MMO. They are good warriors and almost everyone wants to be swinging a lightsaber. In a future MMO there should be no jedi profession. Instead when on a server and creating a player for the first time there should be a die roll (with near impossible odds) for force sensitivity. That way it would be random and you wouldn't have a bunch of wannabee jedi running around. Also I think if they would have intersteller trade and combat that it should be purely user skill based so that it wouldn't just be the person with the highest level character and best equipment (just like the Alliance vs Empire).

Yeah the Dark Nest was kind of..... I dunno. They're just plain bad (and yet I read them because they are Star Wars ;D).

Actually I was thinking of Tarkin in the book "Rogue Planet" where he is talking/showing Raith Seiner his plans/thoughts about a gigantic battle station, but I'll give it to you guys.

Well I created a hero: Wizard Hermit Obi-Wan Kenobi Edit: I deleted all my heroes since they were all just trying out the feature and I'll post some later that I make.

OK I'm going to post a random question (Fosh'll get this one I think) Q: When is the first time in Star Wars (looking for a book title) that a superweapon space station is conceived (hint: not in the movies) and who is it conceived by?
