Well I know a bit about computers and stuff. I built my current one, but I'm assuming you're going to be buying a ready made one. All in all it isn't hard to learn how to make your own pc. There are several sites that help you learn how. From there it is all a matter of researching for the best and cheapest combination of parts. Pros of making your own PC: - You can totally customize it. No restrictions except those placed by the hardware you want to get. - You probably will save a bit more money than if you went to a retail site and bought a gaming machine. - The satisfaction of your hard work paying off when you turn it on and are blown away by the high end graphics. Cons: - No warranty if you screw up (actually isn't that much of an issue). - You have to actually put it together - You have to make sure the components you want are compatable All in all though I'd say it's worth it to build your own from scratch. Also keep in mind that AMD processors are generally better than Intel for gaming purposes. Don't be fooled by the GHz of a processor. An Athlon 3200+ @2.0GHz runs the same as a P4 3.2GHz. Also 1 gig of ram should be enough, but maybe you should get 2 gigs if you don't want to have to upgrade in a few years (I am currently running 2 gigs). Oh yeah and make sure if you build your own you get an operating system. Also could you post what you're getting when you've decided? We can help you if you decide to build your own. Finally I'll say enjoy the new PC!

OK so in Episode 3 at the end Yoda says that Qui-Gon has found a way to immortality. Although he is never seen after Episode 1, his voice is heard by Yoda in Episode 2 when Anakin slaughters the Tuskens. When Yoda and Obi-Wan go into exile it can be assumed that they communicated with Qui-Gon's spirit (because Yoda told Obi-Wan how). Now I'm guessing that the force ghosts of Obi-Wan appearing to Luke, as well as at the end of Episode 6, were the same thing (immortality) and that they chose to not appear any more after the Sith had been destroyed (temporarily anyway). Oh yeah and Leia gets a force vision of Vader later as well. However I could be wrong. Any others' thoughts on this?

I would've said wedge too, but wasn't Luke's wingman (for regular rogue squadron) his gunner? In that case it would be Dack Ralter. However the person who flew with him in the other speeder was Derek "Hobbie" Klivan. I'm going to say Hobbie then.

Well I started today at 4:23 pm CST with Episode 1 and so far am up to the start of ESB. Finally finished it up at 5:42 am CST. I am gonna feel it all day today, but it was worth it.

I've seen so many posts about how it looks like Star Wars.... Are people really that general? The pics I've seen look like the mechs from mechwarrior. Anyway for me it may come down to this or Quake Wars.

I posted this on some other forum and they didn't find it funny at all Oh well I guess we're the only ones with a real sense of humor.

Changed the topic to reflect that I'll be willing to play some EaW tomorrow. I'll be on X-Fire all day. More than likely I'll be playing Guild Wars, but just send a message and I'll find a stopping point and play.

Agree with what's already been said. We've got our "Death Star Prototype", now we want the DS2 lol. I think that Unit Experience, Diplomacy, more ship variety, and some kind of upkeep system would have added immensely to EaW. Also I think the number of planets could be double and allow for the actual placing of land structures (yes this would add to the micro), although you could have an auto-place feature. I'd like to see a lot larger timeline. Start Old Republic Sith War era and have it go to the Yuuzhan Vong invasion. Allow for there to be custom-made civilizations and custom created heroes.
