From my count we have 11 people so far dedicated to reinvigorating PFF (not counting plo of course). Please if anyone else is interested please write a post if you haven't already!

Because they are too busy sucking up (hahah couldn't resist ;D). Stagnation is death my friends. Adapt, we must, or die, we will. Cain had the right idea with the games subforums. My new idea was to have separate forums for major games then to have subforums with genres for threads about other games that don't have as large of a following. We could also redo a clans section. If the offer from Spartan is still up in air I say that we should at least open a thread and discuss it or vote on it.

I don't really think there is any reason to get the CE. The regular edition was fine for me.

It depends on the person and what you are using it for. I am going neutral on this. I compare and pick whichever card will give me the best bang for my buck. NVIDIA and ATI pay to have the "built for nvidia (or ati)" on games to make it seem like oh you have to have this one. It's all marketing ploys. That said ATI doesn't have their next-gen cards out yet so we'll see if they top the 8xxx series from nVidia.

I ban cheaters on the CSS server with extreme prejudice. I'm glad to be somewhat good without cheating rather than stooping to a lower level to get the same result.

My guess is that it's your processor slowing it down the most, although the 6600 is now a lower mid range card now.

A mocked up MF wannabe flown by Wedge and Chewie. I believe it was during the Solo Command book to trick Warlord Z(dang I suck at spelling hehe so you know who I mean and I'm too lazy to reach the 2 feet to pick up the book either).

I thought I had made a thread on this when I got it in February (when it came out). Yeah it's a great game. Just having it mentioned makes me want to pull it out for some play time. -

OK I lied I'm going to get PS *soon* and will hopefully be able to find time to play it and learn how to play it properly. -
There is a singleplayer demo you can download to try. Even if your connection is not fast I think you would rather spend 10 hours downloading to see if you can play it well enough for your liking than spend $50 and find out you can't. Overall your pc should be good enough to run it, albeit on lower settings. On the back of the box it says ATI Radeon 9500 series or better, so you should be able to run it. Download and try the demo first, however just to be sure. Hope that helps.

Well Ghostly gave me permission to start another game wishlist thread for games coming out in 2007 (and 2008). You post your wishlist and have one post for that and edit it as you see fit. You can also post feedback on other people's wishlist(Ghostly if you don't want this, delete this part of my post). I think this will be good because you can see what games others are getting and you can know who to play MP in games with. 2007: -STALKER -World in Conflict -Hellgate: London -Universe at War
