Since we don't have the demo yet I don't really have any tactics, but I'm probably going to try each ship against another to see which ones seem to work best. I also want to see how fighters/bombers fare against larger capital ships. Basically I will develope tactics based on what I find out in the demo.

Yeah so many people on those forums are just too ignorant/stupid. I told this one guy that no one site has all the info/screens/videos about EAW and he was like "this one does." This is a bit off-topic, but Fosh do you believe that if Mara had gone on the barge with Jabba that she would have succeeded in killing Luke? Do you think he would have felt it in the force and been able to survive anyway? On-topic I'd have to say that Mara Jade and Kyle Katarn both would be awesome to use in covert ops. action.

Um, believe me that wouldn't happen. Ackbar is a strategist, not a fighter. In the rogue/wraith squadron books Ackbar is almost killed by a brainwashed Twi'lek. He wouldn't stand a chance against Sidious' force lightning. However yes it would be funny to see that.

Does anyone have this game? If so would you be interested in playing together online co-op against computer opponents? If a lot of people have it we could do skirmishes with teams or something.

Would RTW be worth the $50 now? If I had the money should I get it? I have played the demo and thought it was ok/good.

The key is to find a ledge or something to sit in with a group of people to shoot at the zombies. Going out on your own is a sure way to die.

Actually, since we know Kyle Katarn will be a playable hero, the timeline has to go from after Episode III to after Episode VI. Welcome to the forums. Thanks for the welcome! But also....just remember Kyle was around before Luke was in the rebellion...he was one of the rebels that helped retrieve the plans for the DeathStar. Wasnt that the story of Star Wars Dark Forces? Those were the plans that Leia eventually carry in ANH. Yeah, you are correct. Kyle Katarn was with the rebels before Luke was. I think Luke will be in the game of course, but I think the reason people think that the "timeline" of units will go past Ep. VI is that Kyle Katarn is probably most associated with the Jedi Knight series of games.

Lol I wonder if you can have spectators in game? That'd be fun. Then I'd watch the huge skirmish between Indum, G_S, Fosh, Josh., and whoever else. (or play in it for that matter)

Yes, as Ghostly said. There is a server of LG folks, of which I am a clan member (yes I'm in two clans). The zombies only have knives, but have 500hp so you'll run out of ammo real fast. Indum and Ghostly will tell you it's lots of fun.
