Yes you can edit your profile and add PFF in front without getting a new account. It's in the menu somewhere after you click the mp button from the main menu.

My favorite is Han/Chewie so far. Luke's red squadron is the only counter to the Death Star, so that's what they are used for. I think Vader didn't really have a big part in space and wasn't made awesome because mostly he would have stayed on a command ship and in the game is more of a ground pounder (they didn't want to make a hero that could own both space and ground but I guess han/chewie kinda do ). Raymus was never much of a hero from the movies' perspective that much (haven't seen any prequel trilogy movies yet). All that I know is that he captains Princess Leia's diplomatic ship and gets killed by Vader in ANH.

I voted for great because although there are some issues such as the multiplayer connectivity, I found the game to be very enjoyable. Note that I haven't done a galactic conquest or any campaigns yet.

OK people let's all calm down and stop the flaming and get along. Yes the game has some issues with online connectivity. Personally I think just getting an RTS game for its MP capabilities is short-sighted. The galactic conquest mode is kind of fun. Plus playing campaigns against AI may help you to develop tactics to use online (when it gets to a decent working state).

I wouldn't quite say that EaW is that awesome looking at full settings. As MJ just showed you CoH definitely outclasses EaW in the visual department (not to mention physics and other things). However I'm going to be getting Company of Heroes in addition to BFME2 and EaW so I'll get to experience them all. ;D

You can't build them in skirmishes and I've only seen them in some of the Galactic Conquest settings.

Go Start > Run > dxdiag and it should say in the display tab.

Yes. When you start a skirmish all Empire players and all Rebel players are allied with each other (no mixing sadly) and they share a space station or base.

rofl I almost got into a game with Ghostly the other day but after it started it crashed. Seems that our fears about Gamespy may have been a bit more founded now. Of course everyone has 20-20 hindsight.

I'm sorry to hear about that Dorkhunter. I wish both of your grandmothers a nice, if not swift, recovery. Stick it out and try to keep your spirits up.

Lol yeah I got back after my test today (all tests done now woooo. now to do that project ) and it wouldn't let me online for about 30 minutes. Then it randomly let me get online again after then.

NOTE to ALL. Do not uncheck the uPnP option unless you want to unblock from the firewall every time. As stated above you have about 2-3 seconds to do so before you lose the connection. I tried it checked and it worked for me, but when I tried it unchecked each time I had to tell the firewall to unblock it even though I had already done so the past 5 times.

I just read Labyrinth of Evil and it is an awesome book. Definitely a recommended read.

Edit this is a change to EaW on Friday afternoon. I'm going to try to scrounge it up tomorrow.

I'll be a troop since not everyone can be a commander. Not saying I won't bring a bit of leadership though. (think Wedge in the X-Wing series of books)

I don't think it's going to be a one time thing DHunter. They will probably be willing to play with us any time they get a break from working on P-02. (Everyone needs to relax some time)

I'm hopefully getting EaW this Saturday so I should be up for a practice session together. You guys know my xfire. My school barrage lets up when I finish my programming project.

Well the last of my tests finishes up on Friday leaving me a project to do. Since I plan to start my project some on Thursday and then work Friday evening and Saturday on it I figured I'd take a break. Oh yeah and I decided to get EaW on the 18th (couldn't think about waiting until a week after ;D).
