  1. I'd be more than willing to give it a go.
  2. Awesome finds, everyone! Keep them coming!
  3. I'm currently on The Dark Tower. It's the seventh book in a series by the same name. When I finish this one, I plan to start both Dante's Inferno and King's 'Salem's Lot. I've decided that since I'm enjoying the Dark Tower series so much, I'll read all of King's DT-related books. I've already read The Talisman, written with Peter Straubb, and I notice a lot of similarities. I can't wait to find out what happens when 'old long, tall, and ugly' gets to the Dark Tower.
  4. Having used thermite before I offer some caution. First: Start SMALL! Do NOT, under ANY circumstances, fill a Red Bull can for your first test. Second: Once you light the stuff, get away! Don't be within ten feet. Third: Do not play with thermite around animals or young children. I refuse to use it if anyone under the age of 14 is present, older if I think them immature. Tofu, use what you make. Don't try to store it. Old thermite often doesn't work. At least the stuff in the HS chem. closet didn't. I got to make my own though, so it's all good.
  5. Granted! Your entire family has been involved in a 23 car pile-up while travelling to a neighboring city to attend your funeral. Oops, forgot my wish. I wish would move faster for the next five years.
  6. There are too many tourists. That trap will never work. Hey, Rob. Did you ever create a MySpace for Bigfoot? You said the other pages didn't do him justice. @budious: That's just wrong, man. When was the last time you saw a shrink?
  7. Most people on the forum know me as Mitth, Bruja. I'd prefer you do your best to keep it that way. On Topic: Can we please just start shooting people?!? Who came up with that idea? Physical human contact is one of the best things in existence. Ask the psychologists and sociologists. @Def: If you ever find it, either push it, or tell me where it is.
  8. I had some computer problems a short while back, and don't even have a single game installed on my computer anymore. I need to fix that...
  9. I saw every episode of season one. Then I went to school. Haven't watched more than half a dozen times since. Now I can't watch because it's on while I'm at work.
  10. Whowha??? I was talking about Dante's Inferno, not a SW book.
  11. Unfortunately, I think your only option is to reinstall. Your characters will be lost. Someone who's spent more time with RebEd might be able to tell you more. Try PMing Jahled or Paul. Either of them may be able to tell you more.
  12. I'm nearly certain that it was, in fact, Shadows of the Empire.
  13. I'll let you know after I read Inferno. Of course, I'll have to re-read Traitor, too. I've been contemplating Inferno for a couple months now. We'll see what happens, IF anything.
  14. First of all, and I'm rather upset at SOCL for missing this, it's Seuss! You are not allowed to talk about that great man and misspell his name. I will not tolerate it. Secondly, If you did have kids, Tex, how long ago did they die??? As old as you are, I'd be shocked and amazed to find they were still alive.
  15. Let me be the first to congratulate you in this thread, Krytos. I have no suggestions that are better than what has been offered.
  16. I'm on level 12, score is 188. The best I've gotten on level 12 is 46.
  17. I'm not surprised by either of those 'records,' Bruja. Welcome to the forums. Be sure to stay a while now that I've gotten you in here.
  18. SOCL sees things that aren't really there, budious. Just play along and you won't have to read through a three page long lecture explaining the origin of that particular phrase.
  19. Bud, I dare say you've lost it.
  20. I remember reading a little kid's book way back in grade school. I think it was called The Glove of Darth Vader. The premis behind it was that Vaders right glove/gauntlet was indestructible. Whoever found the glove, keeping in mind it went down before Palpy, would become the next leader of the Imperial Forces.
  21. Welcome to your new home away from home, Hamster. Most of us won't remember that your real name is Mike, so you may as well get used to the idea of everyone calling you Hamster.
  22. Did I read that right??? Did Mad just order everyone to calm down?
  23. I finished Pet Sematary on Monday. That afternoon I made a visit to the library. I picked up the fourth and fifth books in the Dark Tower series. I am currently on page 160 of Wizard and Glass, the fourth book. The only reason I'm not further is I had to work last night. (Tonight? No, it's after midnight...) @Rob: I'll keep that in mind. Is it a scary one, or is it just creepy? I thought that parts of the end of Pet Sematary were a little creepy, if that's any indication for you.
  24. Tofu, Tofu, Tofu. I still think you need to be shot for blaspheming Thrawn. I'm looking forward to the trailer downloading and actually playing.
  25. Ah, but look at what I said. I wasn't talking about the TRUE original question.
