Interesting LF, but i'm getting more convinced it has something to do with the php nuke; so i'll contact Stratus and see if he knows whats up. Other than that, Mac's aren't that impressive, as so many people have been making out. They start grumbling if you've got to many windows open, and have very annoying features, or lack of stuff PCs have (no right clicking on a Mac!)

It's alright! It's one of the leading image banks for images of the rich and famous and is a 24/7 operation. There is a constant stream of images comming in from all round the world. I'm one of the team who have to clean the images in photoshop, whack on a banner, deside which one's to upload to the website, and catalogue everything. As I said a while ago in an email, I have thrown my morals and principals out of the window, and must confess to still having no interest in this side of journalism. But hell, it's a job, and I get to play around with photoshop all day!

We've probably had our rants about this already, but I find the entire concept of 'Hyperspace,' exceptionally offensive. The Star Wars franchise has to be the most profitable ongoing tickets in movie history, and just in return for all the bucks we give it through toys, crap magazines, etc, the bandwagon demands us to pay for our loyalty for the latest hot info! It is my jedi insticts that GL has been taken the pleeb for some time now, I am getting a little agitated.

In all honesty, I really don't know what he gets upto during the day, but I found this deadly woo-gun in his basket the other day. I was keeping it quiet, I didn't want to alarm anyone.

Just a quicky, but that's all i've got access to at work these days during the day, and whilst the site's front page loads normally, the forums are all screwed layout wise, and nothing much happens when you actually try and enter one. As you can imagine this is bloody annoying; is it some conflict with the php nuke thingy, or are just Macs simply crap? I'm not impressed by them. Technical peeps?

Now that i'm working for an Image Bank I have access to approximately 800,000 images of various famous people 'doing their thing.' (It's my job to clean up images for publication) Anyway, I came across these two just as I was getting ready to leave this afternoon and thought it might amuse you lot. I've had to host the images on my own web-space because my company's site is password protected.

Gosh! I remember discovering this site the first time round after I was hopelessly hooked to the game. It was the first I put on my PC and has endured longer than any other. Guess I must like it then! Needless to say, would not have been so without all the stuff that's available around here.

Something i've noticed with changes you make with Resource Hacker making alterations with character's ranks etc, is that if you load settings afterwards they can sometimes 'slip' back into original game names or chop bits off renamed ranks; for example 'Grand Admiral Thrawn' would become 'Grand Thrawn.' I know not why, so I don't ever load settings once i've got a game underway. If, at game start I want a quick fleet of six ISDs I alter the stats back and fourth without loading settings.
