  1. How cool is the internet! We kick language barriers asunder! He said in English.
  2. Something in the bloggerheads link I posted, I guess; I got bored after five pages....perhaps Elvis gave as much attention to detail there as he does to us....
  3. Hay, don't be to hard on the little fella! It was only a couple of nukes he let off, and one chest-bursting incident we can be sure of! As I keep having to say as a mantra, he's actually placid most of the time... I think....
  4. Ok folks! The Good news. My mate in Beijing has just replied to my email and confirmed he is actually in possession of the said DVDs! RAH-HA! For he to is a fellow Star Wars brother! Rock on!!! The one, bloody, thing he neglected to mention in his email to me, was whether he can get them in my DVD region (2) ...mumble...grumble.... Anyway, me is sorted! Elvis my friend, you have mail.
  5. Look Pal, snot should register even in Mongolia or Somoa. The word has such, how can one put it; Je Ne Sais Quoi. Given I can barely speak my native tongue I know what you mean though!
  6. Jahled switched off his light saber and wiped swett from his brow, turning to Elvis. 'A hard battle, my friend, the cost was high.' He paused by the lifeless body of a technician whose blood soaked coat flapped carelessly in the cold wind. 'That cat is definately not getting any Kitty Krunchies tonight, and it's doubtful he'll be getting any milk either.' Jahled reached for a can of unopened Fosters. He soon found himself at the bottum of a rather large pile of swrebellion members. 'I don't think that would be wise, Jahled!' Trejiuvanat said with a rye smile. 'Oh yea, I forgot!'
  7. Jahled found this web page whilst drinking a cup of tea and expaining to one of his work colleagues how much better Arsenal are than Manchester United...anyway, it's links to loads of Star Wars themed desktops, but the cool thing is that you can preview each set! Cool eh? http://cinemadesktopthemes.com/mv/s/star_wars.dt.1.html ...and darn! Work is slow today, check this out if you feel in need of a chuckle: http://www.bloggerheads.com/star_wars/ And i've forgotten if i've linked this before: http://groups.msn.com/isapi/fetch.dll?action=MyPhotos_GetPubPhoto&PhotoID=nIAAAAGQJJm4iaPl!!WXVDEh086xg9T!JTAaHtXTOAWIt0c7qXv65LAfoqgQv8j8rTJsPDzs48mU
  8. Rah! This is getting good!
  9. Funk, pure funk! Brother, http://www.thegravy-train.com must be a Star Wars dude at heart! No actors, just pure programing skill! Anyway, there used to be picture here but I removed it, because I realized whilst standing on the London Underground it's source was commercial...
  10. That's right brother! Snot is the stuff we pass off as 'brain lubricant,' at the worst possible moments, like when you've just summoned the courage to say 'Hia baby!' ..and it suddenly springs a leek...sniffle...darn!
  11. AND LO....ELVIS DOTH RODE OUT TO FACE THE FIEND! http://groups.msn.com/_Secure/0UQAAAGcZgTQ0ve8z7*LqEYL6c*2zQPK5LkNU9XjV4HssBu9lbsfyhcY2wL7C2hziWMqCsMefTE0hhKu35vfhmQLHAOLVeiz8nbdoqcFKnAmVVQyI9kkyrQD3pylEZRjR/st-george-kitten-big.jpg?dc=4675413366988553725
  12. Just found this piece of shear brilliance; a busy day on the Death Star: http://www.thegravy-train.com/busydayonthedeathstar.html (Give the page a moment or two to open)
  13. Sorry to sound like a dweeb , but what do mean by 'clipping.' I'm on a G-Force 3 card, and the only occassional errors i've encountered with the new larger ship models is they can dance sometimes in massive fleets (as discussed before) and the occasional bit of transparency; but nothing to serious.

  15. Nah! I reckon Tk was refering to Gonkraider.
  16. ...sorry i'm stuck on this...blasting the snot out of the rebels....
  17. umm...errr.....scratch....errrr....
  18. Oh I see! How obvious! Jahled hits himself for being so stupid.

  20. Run that by us again brother!
  21. I felt I had to clear-up any misunderstanding up swiftly....
  22. 11.5 out of 10 for the most original topic name we've had for a while! I didn't read what you said though....
  23. Dude, Salvador Dali is going to have nothing on us when we all hit a thousand posts!
  24. Gosh that was quick!! For everybody else, you can get free web space to host what ever you want, like this hyperactive guy to my left, by reading the following i've posted from some personal email correspondance. I guess the more established members will remember the problems I bumped into with the cool guys at http://www.pixelmasher.com, got onto me about leeching their image from their website...(I didn't know any better!) Anyway, it's ok not to know enough, or have the time, to set up your own web page! In the time fellow dude Lord_La_Forge set up his; it's an idiot-proof process...heck, I maneged it! Check it out: Hi Jahled, It's very cool to hear from you so quickly. To be honest, running a site such as PixelMasher is a constant fight against things like image leeching. I know that 99.9% of the time it's unintentional and without knowledge that it's doing my site harm, so no foul on your part. The good news is that you don't need to host an entire site - just the pictures you want to reference. If you're interested in hosting the picture (or any future pictures) yourself you can use one of many free hosts on the web. One of the biggest and maybe reliable is MSNs free hosting service. I've included a link below to give you instructions on how to open, upload and use pictures to the account. The piece is written for the use of people at B3ta.com but it should help you out enough. http://groups.msn.com/spoonywoony/general.msnw?action=get_message&mview=1&ID_Message=6 Let me know if you have any problems. Any advertising/testemonials/referals to pixelmasher would be greatly appreciated Regards, Dave. -----Original Message----- From: jahled@madasafish.com] Sent: January 23, 2003 5:16 PM To: contact@pixelmasher.com Subject: Your SW Rebellion message... Sent you an in-site swrebellion message, but further reading..and understanding of your original post leads me to realize I don't know how to host the speed hopper gif. I'm really gutted, it's such a cool avatar, and suitably quirky for my demented personnality. Damn! If it's cool with you, and with all referance as to where it came from; how can I use it without shaging your cool site in any way? I'll take it down as a mark of goodwill and respect in the meantime, hoping to here from your advice. I don't know how to host my own site. -Jahled
  25. Walking sticks it is then my friend!
