I sort of figure on something simple like Jedi Knight. Some of my favourite games are the Jedi Knight series, and Jedi Knight just sort of rolls of the tongue. Yes, Jahled the Jedi Knight.

I remember the good old days when making cards was about ALL we could do!!! Good old days?!? Seems more like the dark ages now! With whats in the downloads section you can hop light years away from the game on the disk in your e-drive...

Maybe, maybe not!!! This is my 2000th post on this site! I did sort of have something prepared in the way of celebrating this awesome achievement, but it ended up being around 6 mgs which whould utterly defeat my crap internet connection from home. Anyway, I cant get the 'punchline' to work.... image ready...mutter...mumble....curse So I guess all there is to do is say cool for all the fun i've had with you guys over the years, excellent conversation and laughs in the forums with surprisingly intelligent people whatever their alignment in argument; and one huge wow for everything dudes on this site have achieved for the game! When I discovered the site a long time before I took the bold step of joining, I had no idea how new models and programe mods could transform the game; but how they have, and how they can! I've got to say something about this game; La_Forge uttered something about it being 'evergreen,' not so long ago. I've often wondered wondered why it still enthralls me, as it does obviously us all, as much as it does. But tonight in photoshop I realized perhaps why, reworking the Assault Frigate; how many other strategy games offer as much scope in our involvement and manipulation? We can individualize our games; our perception of the Star Wars universe to the extents of our own imaginations; and embark on epic-gamming on a truely galactic scale. Anyways, thank you for having me amongst you! The trip has been seriously excellent, the travellers around me an amazingly diverse and refreshing band of SW comrades, and the site an excellent come-down to an otherwise absurd and slightly chaotic life! I came here as an office manager responsible for twelve or so people, went back on the road as a despatch rider here in London, and am presently one of those complete lunes you see up trees in your high street with a chain saw attached to their belt! Respect Mask, Evaders, La_Forge, Trej, Elvis, Tex, Dinochick, Scathe, SOCL, CAIN, and all you others.... there is some positive creativity bubbling at the moment.... until we crack the SC, let's see how much fun we can uncracking stuff ourselves! Respect fellas..

Errr....Mask... Is it possible to mix up fighter models in the game? I'm thinking of combining the TIE with the Intercepter, along the lines of red & blue groups use TIE model, green and gold use intercepter models, in order to include more models in the tactical battle! Will my PC suffer something like the hideous crash it suffered last summer, or just generate an error message? Think of the possibilities if this can be done! I appreciate this might only work when viewing the game from your end of things (the opponent isgray!) Extremely curious....

I'm just trying to keep a straight face reading that when taking into account your honorable avatar my old friend!!! Being a Southerner, I think Dinochick is going to be a natural queen's English (ie:original Mon Mothma..) as much as I can sprout a fluent accent on par with her or Texus Fett! Which will be cool; SOMETHING NEW for the TC!!! I think GL has gone a bit top-heavy with English-accents in all the movies. I'm still secretly hoping Jurgen Prochnow from Das Boot turns up as a Star Destroyer Captain in our last fixture... Anyway, we ought to try and involve the guys and gals who contribute to this most frantic and groovy Star Wars site!

If you could help us out with a bit of voice work, i'm sure my fiendish feline will promise to be very nice to you for a very long time, and not spook you out with his dastardly ways... Yes there is! I addressed this a couple of months ago and figured out it isn't as natural as all that! It's linked with success in the game; for the player or the AI, if you're to hard and successful without measure, and to rapid, against the AI you'll get stung with a crap natural piece of frustration. I've almost forgotton the remedy to paper, but it went something along the lines of go for sectors but leave one vunerable system standing... heck! Explore the answer you must, cause I is checking out!

One thing none of our characters seem to do in Star Wars is constantly go on about transflux inter dimensional warp reverse fields when Spock or Picard can't get the coffee machine to work. We keep it nice and simple: 'Oooh! But I wanted to go and get some relay converters..' 'You can fool around with your friends when you've superglued the landspeederback together...' Anyway lightsabers are much cooler than Vulcan ears... Edit: 13-0! Nuff said!

If my knowledge of football is correct I think Hungary were the first team to beat England at Wembley.... Anyway, simply shrugg your sholders at loosing to Brazil, La_Forge; they are the world champions, again...

I honestly don't think it was in to much doubt this time around, though going out of Europe and the FA Cup was perhaps inevitable giving are opponents! Swings and rounderabouts.

I noticed this a bit earlier tonight as well; enjoy Cain! Germany's worst away defeat for a couple of decades I believe; but Trej is right, internationally they're a bit wobbly of late. Arsenal have got their number two goal-keeper at the moment who seems all right. Still havent lost a Premier-league match; about three games to go...

None of those were by my paws dude, I was in an internet cafe earlier today [whilst not climbing up trees] when I caught up with this thread; a swift search in a few sites later and ... presto! I've not actually seen any ST v SW gifs about, and am hard pressed to think up anything myself! Anyway, my skills with Image Ready are still a bit crap. However, given i'm going to be a student before very long learning all that photoshop woo-har...stay tuned!
