  1. Star Wars Car wash I'm gonna go with, NSFW - no swearing or nudity ... but, well ...
  2. Happy Easter fella's - enjoy it
  3. Yup, 'tis true. My brother got a sneak peak of that stuff about a month ago and sounds pretty fan freakin tastic. Can't wait for CS5, will make work so much easier. Apparently, there's an oldish plugin for Gimp that does that stuff too. The link was sent around the office during the week, but I don't remember it and won't be back for 6 days ... ah, holidays
  4. Just plain neat
  5. Australia got to bring in the new year pretty early compared the US. I went camping by the beach with 8 friends and had a great time. Just got home yesterday, and I'm still recovering so that's all the energy I've got. I'm going to sleep now
  6. A (late) Merry Christmas all! And a soon to be happy new year, which I'll be enjoying camping by the beach with some mates! Have a great one SWR! @Def: Hahaha, awesome! Best scene for that as well @Rob: wowza! That's one hell of a drive, straight trip? Or pit stops/rest stops?
  7. Star Wars - the A-Team
  8. RIP GMC. I'll have to play a game of Rebellion Wednesday in his honour, and I too will fly his flag of the Empire
  9. Congrats Sinister! Thought of what names you might use for the little one? AWESOME! - Lego matrix EDIT: Haha! Loved that E, brilliant!
  10. Well, looks like I'm reviving an old dead thread for good reason! IMPS - The Relentless Chapter 2 finally out! It's a rather big download, almost 500mb, so you've been warned. Personally I preferred the first chapter, this one felt a lot slower and was far less funny. But, that's me. Here's the link and enjoy! IMPS: The Relentless news page
  11. http://www.starwarsuncut.com/ A kinda neat fan idea of stringing together Star Wars with fan made scenes
  12. I'm not a fan of pay to play either. I get why they do it, but it's still a pain in the arse. I hope someone comes up with a better idea for such games. 'Till then I only really play FPS multiplayer so I can play a short game or a long one. Use to play CSS, but havnt for a while, and even when I did it was only fun when you found a good server without 12 year old annoyances. TF2 is pretty cool, but havnt had time to play it much. I've been tempted to play some Kane's Wrath multiplayer of recent, but you'd need a fair bit of time free for that one.
  13. All I'm gonna say is PAINTBALLING ROCKS!!!! Sooo much fun! Especially the joint we went to which had multiple themed indoor fields with different games for each (cops and robbers, 8 pin bowling (this one sucked a bit), capture the flag, capture the flag league style (All me in this one ), border crossing, capture points and highlander I think was what we did). If you haven't done it, do it! If you have done it, share the story! I'll probably read replys next week when i get back online
  14. Double post for fun!
  15. Awesome E, will watch shortly!
  16. Ah, hl2, love that game. Be sure to get Episodes 1 and 2. 2 is by far the better episode, experimenting with new game play and adding to the story line. Episode 1 felt like a 3rd party extension to the hl2 story just to keep it moving. Both have an awesome thing where you can play the game with commentary, really cool feature that's worth playing with (keep in mind though, if you're playing for achievements (which I decided to do all of for Episode 2, including taking that god damn gnome all the way from the start to the end of the game) commentary mode stops you getting achievements). Oh, and get portal, many funs too. I like Jack's work. Never let Lobster go to waste ... or Turkey. Bugger the broccoli
  17. Happy birthday J! Hope the photography is going well, as well as the Zoo
  18. I'm a big fan of the C&C series. C&C3 was alright, had some ups and downs, but the 4th sounds like EA has listened to a lot of the complaints (such as the story problems, over acting, cheasy bits and the tank rush style of game play that was originally Red Alert's game style). Anywho, in other gaming news this made me laugh. Here's a link to where some people are talking about it: http://forums.toucharcade.com/showthread.php?p=408979#post408979 EDIT: Sorry, had to edit this down for possible legal reasons in the future
  19. Over all, I didnt find the movie hugelly enticing to me, but it was enjoyable so maybe I'll have a read of the books some time?
  20. Good work Tofu, one of the most import things in tertiary studies is a good work habbit and getting your study/homework done ASAP. It'll pay off in the long run, not only with better marks but you wont have days you'll be forced to rush your arse off to get something done you should've finished a long time ago (been there ) and it'll also mean you probably wont miss out on big events
  21. Thanks for the answers Mad Sorry but I can't remember that scene. It was early in the movie three black puffs of smoke (the death eaters) flew past London and flew around a suspension bridge that then twisted and broke. As Harry reads his newspaper there's a small blurb about it
  22. Yeah, there's a few questions I have for this whole Harry Potter deal. If Harry is this so called chosen one and all powerful, how come old grey beard not only seemed more powerful (beyond the obvious years of experience) but didn't seem to need Harry at all during the movie, just brought him in as a tag along with exception of being used as bait? What's the point of him? What was the bridge scene? What are Death Eaters, apart from bad guys? Where's Hogwarts? In this world, another? I'm guessing another else why don't "Moguls" find the place. Where the hell was the bald headed, no nosed guy that appeared at the end of one of the more recent movies (TV here had a few episodes on, but I always managed to catch the end of the movies, this one had them running through a hedge maze that ate a girl but no-one seemed to care, and then they got teleported to a graveyard with some riddle people and a cauldron) who's apparently the evil overlord?
  23. 'Cause my friends were going, was a movie day etc. Wasn't too bad, there were a few moments I had no idea what they were talking about, but over all it was easy to follow - very predictible story line. I kinda enjoyed it.
