  1. Hmm, lemon chicken ... or Indian curry ... or ... darn, now I'm hungry as well Btw, Thumper: lovely avatar you got there
  2. Well yeah, it'll be my homepage's 11th birthday, but why will that be so bad ?
  3. Die Ärzte - schneller leben
  4. Usually by right-clicking->properties... compatibility mode, but this shouldn't be needed. Did you try the setup/install.exe ? That's the program, that the autorun starts, if you click on the button.
  5. Glad you like 'em How could I ever stop before we don't have all the lovely models for Rebellion from all the various eras ? Btw, I had uploaded the YT-3000 on my site too, but that was the version, that had a bug, so when I could finally add the download here, I had to upload a fixed version on swr and wasn't in the mood to spend all the time again, to upload it to my site with my snail-like connection at home. But on Monday I'm back at the uni, so ...
  6. Thanks guys Ready for another one ? I got the YT-3000 ready and just uploaded it. That's the freighter, that shoots down the Imperial symbol in Rebellion's original 103 movie. Thanks to Texas_Fett for coming up with the description !
  7. Pfff, I'm not sure, but this could be the one I had. It's been a few years. But if you see that it seems to run, doesn't it ? Did you try the hotkey (in this case 'End' during the game ?
  8. Welcome back Yeah, I got that somewhere as well. Usually you just start any trainer before you launch the game, memorize the hotkeys (if there are any) and then start playing normally. For those of you interested in the file, it should be in the cheats database on //dlh.net
  9. Easy now Bill After you unpack the file into an empty folder you'll see some newly created subfolders in there as well. I'm typing this from memory, but there should be folders named like 'RebEd' and 'game directory'. Take the files from the RebEd folder and copy them to the folder, where you previously installed RebEd. It will overwrite the dllentries.txt file there, during that process. Then you copy the files from the other folder into the folder, where Rebellion is in, overwriting some files there as well. Don't forget to put the updated textstra.dll from this thread there as well. Now start RebEd, hit the Load Settings button and select the PII file. Should error messages like "string too long..." appear, then click your way through them (I had some occurances of these). That's it, start the game and enjoy
  10. Well, I didn't like what this would make of my retirement retreat Haven't seen it so far, but if it has the same good impact as 'wargames', then I'm all ears
  11. I had two shirts with Darth Maul once, but they shrunk badly in the dryer, so ... A complete Stormy uniform ? Do they still cost 2000 bucks ?
  12. Well of course 'Nod ya head' from the MIB II soundtrack You know it really isn't confirmed, that he killed the Sarlacc. He escaped with his jetpack, wounding it seriously. Then sometime later he came back to roast it with the engines of Slave1 (Tales from Jabba's palace), but I don't think he really killed it, because of this line with the 'barve'. shudder, just remembered how often that word was used in the bounty hunter trilogy and how awful I found these books EDIT: BBL, maybe some cloth or cotton inlays would prevent the burns and frostbites
  13. Just wanted to let you know here as well, that I updated the models on my page as well on Sunday, since nobody seemed to notice in the 'post your new models here' thread
  14. Okay, the link to the SSD has been fixed. Has any of you downloaded it yet ?
  15. Well, I don't like to eat the onions, but leaving them in during cooking gives it a rich taste. It's also a dish that you can be varied a lot, like mixing rice in it, for example. Your picture looks interesting, I think I'll try that Umm, pizza ? Anchovies ? Pepp... no wait a minute, I actually like those Don't worry, I know I'm picky about food my mother used to complain for over 20 years now, that I'd be content with only eating meat and potatos Ohhh, this wouldn't be the same site without you two bickering like the two droids I once compared you to. But d'ya remember the one pic Trej once made with his Veggie Vong head on a salad ?
  16. Well, I also voted for the nod. Will Smith even made a song about that years later Also, he's such a talkative guy
  17. It's called Haschee and no, you can't smoke it Just found one lousy pic: http://www.jadietz.de/rezepte/rezepte/haschee.htm but I make it without the mashed potatos and I also leave the wine and onions away. Actually theres a great variety on how you cook it and it's also done pretty fast my thoughts exactly, while I wrote that post yesterday night. Just imagine the book cover, with all our avatars on it, like on the picture with Trej's 3000 post thread
  18. That seems to be the schedule of every modeller. You can also download the opt23ds program from Darksaber's site and convert the XWA models in a format, you can import. Looking at the way these models were done will give you clues to many design-questions But remember not to nick the models of others without their permission, some won't mind, but others ... really don't like it (and some might just say no )
  19. Now choosing one kind is also impossible for me. There are so many different types of food I'd sink my teeth in any day. Basically any kind of pork or poultry with almost any kind of potatoes, although I've developed a habit of frying potato 'wedges'. Then there's also the meat that comes with spaghetti, but without the noodles (shiver) and a juicy tomato sauce instead (I don't know what this dish is called in english, so I settled for describing it). But the two things I can always be found eating the meat plates empty on X-mas are 'Fondue' and 'Raclette'. The first one comes from France, IIRC and is this frying pot where everybody sits around and puts in slices of meat. It really brings you closer together as a family, 'cause you always gotta help someone to regain their slices on their stick, before they are fried beyond taste. The second originates from Switzerland, at least I think that it does. It consists of a large heating plate and everybody has these little pans to put on. You can also put slices of meat or salami, ham or cheese in these pans (combinations work as well) and it just tastes great. So you realize, why I can't decide on just one kind of food ? Because I haven't even started yet with cake, sweets or chips or ...
  20. Hate to put a damper on your enthusiasm, but: do you know of a likely open-source engine, that has all the needed features ? The programming of single actions or scripts shouldn't really be a problem, but building that all from scratch is too much. Usually teams of 10-30 people work for about 3 years on that and I don't think one alone could do it in 5 Well, we can still keep our eyes peeled for such an engine though
  21. The council rests its case You mean the group that sung "drops of Jupiter" ? AC/DC - you shook me all night long
  22. That's a good start Download and read the second version of my modelling tutorial, all your questions should be answered there
  23. Well Trej, he's really letting you wait this time Green Day - minority
  24. Oookay, just uploaded the two latest ones: an updated version of the Super Stardestroyer, built completely from scratch and the Nebulon B2 frigate. as always, have fun
  25. Hmm, maybe you can try again in a day or so. So far it as always worked for me I don't know if the Clutches were that different from the Phantom, or different fighters at all. The only difference I saw was the shorter wings on a XWA model.
