... ... ... Hellooooo Texas

Actually I like it more than Galactic Battlegrounds, since this was a truely 3D strategy game, instead of the 2D AOE engine the latter sadly used. The story's also very interesting and with the help of Evaders I once could get over a very tricky part, that had me lock the game away for a long time. Come to think about it, I still haven't finished it. Luckily I archive most of my savegames for just these reasons Mike, are my eyes bleary or did your postcount increase by nearly 200 since your return ~4 days ago ?

he's baaaaaack Btw, didn't we just break the 'most visitors online' record today ? When I logged on there were 10 members and 11 visitors online

Aye, since I took it offline for 5 mins and got immediately prompted by Norton, that the Blaster had found a new home on my laptop, mine does block it. You can always look up http://www.sarc.com's virus encyc on how the worms operate, what files/registry entries they create and how to set your firewall to block 'em off. After some pretty unnerving inbound 'service requests' I simply set mine to ignore every incoming tcp & udp service. The aps, that should go through are explicitly allowed to do so, otherwise I get prompted. So far (7 months) no more infections Of course an updated virus scanner is worth its own weight in gold.

Aw, I still have some reading to do, until I get there. Currently they just entered Margrathea, but the short existance of the wale was just too hilarious. I think that was also in the original radio drama, that I got last year.

We're way past that Catch up on the other 6 pages to see how this thread was hijacked In August I'll definately be working (cause I need a new car), apart from the fact, that techno isn't my kind of music.

Overtaking you ? I still have 700-odd posts to write to do that And with all the new posts from you, that I saw in this general thread, it gets more improbable each day
-
Umm, dude: did you click on the link, or did you selecet 'save target as' ? That would be the standard to download links. Alternatively you could also add the links to a download manager and let it handle the files.

Easy now, there's nothing wrong with da man from Staines Or iz you dissin 'is posse ? Eamon - *cough* ... I don't want you back

Booyakasha !!! Big it up for ma man Jahled Respect to you for being here and for making our journey to the west such a funny one I'm wondering what your new rank shall be
-
Isn't that what Jahled just wrote about ? So you're sort of a psychological counsilor for your fellow students, eh ? Well, I'd be that as well, at least for a few selected female ones
-
Aye, me iz got no problemz with de linez for diz geeza, called ... ummm T-r-a-w-n, I iz speekin' a perfect Staines-accent, aye I thought I'd imitate the guy they used for the Tie Fighter game, or better the two guys. Seems like they had to find another one for the mission disc

It is really possible your point of view. Since you can see the colors and the opponent will only see the standard gray one. But if you like it, you can do that. As I described in the fighters tutorial, each color group just has a different picture, but as you said, the opponent won't see it. Maybe a mixed pic with both for the gray would work.

Ahh, that would be black bread, or "Schwarzbrot" as it is called here. They say a Swabian will grow homesick without it and therefore can never leave his country for too long I've had that happen to me as well in almost every vacation Oh and btw, don't worry about the beef, the USA is about one of a few places, where that hadn't spread. They don't feature it in the news anymore, but I still don't trust the industry to turn down the chance on a profit, if some unlucky customers are to bear the consequences That lactose intolerance is a horrible thing, but how does that work with the chocolate then ? I've also long ago started a kind of a diet looong ago. During me teen years I felt like I could eat anything, but sadly the little belly that grew then wasn't so great either. So I cut dramatically back on eating all those years ago, even of chocolate I only allow myself one row per day. It was hard during the beginning, but I hardly notice it anymore and the diet worked even without working out, I'd hardly have time or the mood for that anyway Jahled: yep, those from the alsprite.dll starting with 1368. But please think of some less unnerving ones, than the originals. Or maybe it's just the way they are spoken.

And 'ere's de problem with takin' on too much respons-silibity, as AliG would say Glad you're doing well, buddy. Try to drop in more often again
-
A true warrior knows, when not to fight, so let's call it even Actually the chocolate is called Ritter and was for example one of Trej's favourites, when he lived in Germany. I was just thinking of what the name would sound like, if a Jawa would utter it Hard rolls ? You mean something like Salami ? If you do make the trip, make sure the meat is either pork or poultry. Since the mad cow desease there hasn't been any dish with beef on my family's table and we ain't gonna change this, for the obvious reasons Anti-cheese ? You mean like being allergic to it, or that you just don't want to eat it ? I'm not such a big fan of it either, except for the kind, that you can spread on a sandwich like butter. Dino, great movie. Now I can't get it out of my head as well

That's a big WOO to you, TF. After all these years, I can finally browse through the manual. I always planned to buy it again (got it used), if I saw it somewhere cheap, just to have the manual for once. EDIT: and an even bigger WOO to you, swaaye for finding it in the first place and hosting it, at least temporarily.

Could it be, that you switched back and forth between the game and Windows, or that the game isn't using the fullscreen mode in the shortcut symbol ?

KOTOR II - The Sith Lords
the_mask replied to Cain's topic in Old Star Wars games nobody plays anymore -JI
I rather like the first one I'm still in my dark-side game, but it's quite hard to do that with Bastila and Juhani always reminding me, that bending the minds of the vendors is not what the force is for. Seeing the story arc for the second one tells me, that they don't mind the original timeline again. Every Jedi dead, except for one ? I've never read about that so far in any of the official sources. Nevertheless, a cool game and definately one that I'll play -
Somewhere in Germany: Mask is browsing the forums, when he suddenly sees, that BBL has agreed to at least look into the matter of speaking the lines for Leia. While he mumbles 'Mmm, that was easy' a little hand tugs his shirt. He turns around and faces the Jawa to whom the hand belongs. 'She already said yes, but I think you should still deliver the Ritter Sport chocolate to her' he tells the little desert dweller. The Jawa looks inquiringly and mutters 'Ritta ?'. 'Yes the good one and tell the others not to eat it this time. Now go ahead, you'll like Texas, at least the dryer part' Great, I'll fill you in on the details in the PM, ok ? Dino, before you vanish again: what Jahled meant was, if you'd be interested to lend us your voice for Mon Mothma in our TC ? Also I had an idea of you being in one of the other movies as the voice of another diplomat. Are you interested ? Or can we try to bribe you, too ? Btw, the movie looks funny, but I'll have to wait 'till I'm home to have the sound. I'm glad I downloaded it at the uni, though. 6 Megs, that would've taken the whole night
-
Well, you can start by learning how to make cards (updated RebEd helpfile), or download some of the other tutorials on this site. I'm sure that'll give you a good start
-
Hmm ... talent, he has ... To change the templates like this ... well, I see a entertaining future for you and BBL Aw, I wanted to write about the last Jay & Silent Bob movie and Charlie's Angles 2, but when I submitted the post I had 5 minutes left to the next class and a whole court and two buildings to cover Oh, I wouldn't let any movie worry ... ... oh my god ! Watch behind you !!!!! See, nothing there, just my imagination Seriously though, I can understand this to some degree, after watching 'Arachnophobia' I saw spiders in a whole new light and it took me long to overcome this. Really ? I didn't know about her and Harrison Ford, umm... did his wife ? Wait, following this logic Callista Flockheart would be next, oh dear, poor Ally. So the book even became a movie ? Well, ah, from your description I think I ... will pass this
-
Ok I'd get nervous too, if I'd had this. Was this just on one mail, or did he manage to do it to every new one ? Also, what email program are you using ? So you're not saying no, eh ? Well, I'm glad she overcame the drugs. I've read once, that after this she wrote a book called 'Postcards from the edge' Somehow her humor and that of her role in StarWars seem quite simmilar Come to think about it: did you see her in Scream 3 ?
