  1. Well, I wouldn't include the current German team in the 'big ones' team, not after the game Vs Latvia and the game yesterday. After 93 minutes I had a sore throat and they still managed to lose The only thing I can say is respect to Bastian Schweinsteiger and Kevin Kurani and that if it were up to me, Oliver Kahn would be exiled Actually all those, that didn't really play and just kept mulling around should be removed from the team But Trej is right, now it gets really interesting. England Vs Porto for example...
  2. He's talkin about an IRC chat for swr. Download a program, like Mirc and set the irc.swcic.net as server. When it asks you for a channel (~ "chatroom") you type in #swrebellion and you're in. Now all we need are more people to actually be there, cause the last times I've been there the echo was the only thing, that kept me company
  3. WEL ... COME ... BACK But remember, DON'T SHOUT LIKE THIS, I'd rather not get deaf in my mid-twenties
  4. ... and Mask is still lonely in posting in this thread for a while now I just uploaded, what I spent most of the weekend with, my (slightly) redesigned homepage. The thing, that's really new is, that it now has css support, as the prof in our class in multimedia and internet requested. Well, all in all not bad for a semester project to be finished in 2.5 days of 24-7 work
  5. Ah my mortally wounded Mandolorian friend ... After they joined the Rebels, they were persuaded to help rescue Han from Fett. During that operation 4-LOM was badly damaged and got a memory wipe during the repairs. After that he wasn't the same again and they left the Rebels, as well as their partnership. You do realize, that SOTE is set after TOTBH ? Ps: I've read two versions of this, in one the Rebels sent them to rescue Han and in the other they were following Bossk
  6. Yup, IIRC it was the sequel to 'the lords of Sith', that featured, how Exar Kun fell to the dark side. Come to think about it, I don't have the three Sithwar comics either ... hello library
  7. I hope TF will forgive me, that I didn't vote for Boba, but I just had to pick Zuckuss. Force users are cool (dunno what I'm referring to ? read 'tales of the bounty hunters' )
  8. Tough decision, I was torn between the wingless MonCal and the SSD. But given the more organic looks I voted for the MonCal. Ps: the HomeOne is a wingless Mc80, but rather its own subclass. The normal wingless was also a Mc80, as the winged one, but referenced to as "pearly wingless" (http://www.hyperjump.net/swguides/mcguide/mcguide1.html) [/overcorrectness]
  9. Ha, the poll is fixed Guess what I just voted for
  10. Geez, just saw the end of Italy Vs Sweden (1-1), that was crazy. Italy was leading with 1:0 up to the ~75th minute, but then they had a big hubub before the Italian goal and one lucky shot changed everything. But it was fun to look at
  11. 1) I can finally access the forum again after two days 2) Carrie !!!! 3) SS_O: be'ave 4) hmm, wine .... hick
  12. Really ? I thought I found it on b3ta Have you got the other versions with the ice-cream and the "hooded" one ?
  13. Linkin Park - easier to run
  14. Oh I try to forget about it, too, but every month I buy my games mag and browse through the list of upcoming titles... A buddy of mine said about two years ago, that this'd be like Daikatana: when it does come out one day, nobody will be interested in it anymore. Tiberium Sun ? Sounds a bit like C&C 3
  15. It does, Mike: it's reliable technology, that's been running for many years and most of its quirks were discovered and removed. Airplanes for example have onboard computers, that you would've put in the recycler bin years ago, for the same reason. Just think of what would happen if, say ... their 'engine' was from Westwood. On some occasions it would simply crash in the middle of a mission or do something totally unexpected. Westwood would reply, that they already knew about the matter and they would need about 5 patches, until it was running smoothly
  16. Hmm, this sounds really good, Evaders. I think I'll give it a try, when I'm back at the uni this week and don't have to watch the time I spend online
  17. Nah, thankfully he's dead since '45. I've seen a documentary once, where a Russian company took the remains of a man, a woman and a sheppard dog with them to whereever they were stationed. Btw, why should Germany destroy France all of a sudden ? We didn't lose against their soccer team yet. First we'll lose against the Dutch
  18. And you still need this ICIS client, right ? Do you have to install it, or just unzip and run it ? Because if you had to install, I couldn't try it out in the uni
  19. Geez you were gone a long time. Untimely's return is unlikely. Last I heard of him was, that his wife still didn't feel better and his colleague at work had quit. Leaving him with twice as much work, business as usual
  20. Also, there's something I didn't notice at first. A buddy of mine told me later about it: in the special edition of 'the two towers' it says the movie would be ~40 minutes longer, but ~20 minutes consist of all the fanclub member names in the credits ....
  21. Don'tcha already see it in my avatar ? Well, at least half of it
  22. No good. That new coast-line would still be 6-7 hours away on the the freeway from my place
  23. And if you don't name your horse Felicity (like the Zapper), then I'm relieved Oh, I get it: listening to reggae music and drumming da rythm on your keyboard. Great mon, Jah bless Edit: tell 'em that Rebellion or Homeworld have waaaay better graphic engines
  24. Ich dachte Schweizer sind eher geduldig In time, I just sent E a PM, where I noted something I found out about this issue, maybe it'll help to resolve it
  25. On the other hand, the credibility on that info isn't that high Dino, some people actually compared me to a young Harrison Ford, although credibility ...
