Sorry, guys, for not posting. Work has been consuming most of my time and unlike most of you guys, my work does not include working behind a computer. I'll try to keep up, but I will be a tad more delayed these days than I used to be due to those stupid drowning kids!

If you want to be a general and direct ground forces: join the Army (via AROTC or West Point). If you want to be a general and direct air forces: join the Air Force (via AFROTC or the Air Force Academy). If you want to be a general and direct amphibious forces: join the Marine Corps (via either MCROTC or the Naval Academy...and be in the top of your class). If you want to be an admiral and direct naval forces (fleets): join the Navy (via NROTC or the Naval Academy). Of course, it takes A LOT longer to become an admiral (because the Navy promotes slower) then to be a general. You see, a Naval captain (equal to an Army colonel) is about the age of an Army major general or lieutenant general...that's how slow. Hope you do join the military, Antilliles, but don't do it unless you're REALLY sure about it or else you shall regret it.

I'm getting a new Dell soon. It'll have 60 GB of hard drive, a Pentium 4 processor, DVD-ROM, a CD burner, and a lot of other stuff, but since I don't know much about computer specs and stuff, I'll stop trying to be cool.

I think he drives an AT-PT, since it's older. I agree, the sonic charges in AOTC, especially in the cinema, were great, but, again, sadly, it does not compare to the original asteroid run in TESB.

Don't forget the incoming rank insignia changes as well, which will probably be included in this gigantic overhaul. By the way, I know this is late, but great GIF, Scath!!!
-
Well, you see, Scath came up with the idea...but I claimed ownership. Sadly, before we could start the action figure line (you see, Trej, I have no need for the action figures Zoot stole, for I have new ones! ), Scath found a loophole in the system, went to the patent office, and got the "BEAK Imperium" copyrighted and now he, technically, owns the BEAK Imperium. So really, I'm the CEO and run the show, Scath just finanances and gets a good porition of the profits we make. Hey, if anyone wants to buy stock to the BEAK Imperium, they're going fast, so buy now!!! So you see, in a way, Scath is actually financing and supporting the BEAK Imperium and, ultimately, my masterplan.

Can't say that I have, but sounds... WHOA!!!

[Poll] Do you enjoy playing Rebellion versus Person/Comp?
SOCL replied to a topic in General Discussion
Has anyone actually made a mod that allows the player to go Imperial vs. Imperial (like the warlords in Darksaber) or Rebel vs. Rebel (a post-apocalyptic/civil war scenario sort of thing)? -
I think that if the staff started hiring everyone who reached 2000 posts, then there would be too many staff personnel. I mean, think about it, next would be...Trej.... 8O

I think I can make it simpler: DS II Construction protocol: -Enhanced Superlaser -Hangar Bays (to be finished) -Lord Vader's meditation room -Emperor's Harem -Stormtrooper barracks -Giant hole in the floor that leads to the center core of the Death Star II in Palpatine's Harem, which can be deadly if someone happens to trip and flip over the railing or someone else happens to decide to betray his matser and throw him over the side -Ewok-roasting places Something like that....

I see you fixed the insignia, Elvis (I know, I'm kind of late, but my Internet connection, browser, or whatever it is that handles all of this: Earthlink, has been VERY f*cked up lately!!!).

OOC: I take it the meeting is over. IC: Socl looked at the ensign and nodded...calmly. "Thank you, ensign," he said, his voice measured and glacial. "Return to your post..calmly, if possible." The ensign hestiated, but finally nodded. "Aye, sir." The young officer left. Socl jabbed the communications button on the armrest of the seconadary's command chair. "This is Fleet Admiral Socl to the bridge; Captain Janus?" "Sir?" Janus' voice returned over the sound of klaxons blaring in the background. "Bring our shields to full and turn the ship on a rotational yaw of 180 points starboard," the fleet admiral said. "What is the status of our Nu Shield?" "Only at eighty-nine percent, sir," Janus replied as the turbolasers opened suppressive-cover fire on the Vong fleet. "Should we set coordinates for a retreating jump?" the captain asked, his voice hinting on fear. "Very well then," Socl said calmly, ignoring Janus' final question, standing from his command chair. "I'm on my way to the bridge now. In the meantime, signal the Rewloola; tell Captain Madej to hold and not give away his position, as well as not deactive the Rewloola's Nu Shield." Janus was a tad confused, something common when receiving orders from the fleet admiral. "Uh...yes, sir." OOC: By the way, Fleet Admiral Socl is aboard his flagship, the Ra Cailum, a mysterious vessel which is much, much, much larger than a regular Star Destroyer....

Again: Har har har; cute, real cute.

That's an opinion, Bill...an opinion not held by most of the world. What, you're mad because of the co-moderator thing? Chill, man, I thought you'd be happy about someone suggesting that you be a moderator. Oh! You mean the fact that I said assistant and co-moderator! Would you prefer I suggest you be a full moderator, Scath? OMG, Trej! You don't know what OMG means?! OMG!!! They must have liked Untimely a lot to leave with him. Excellent, we at last get a German to vote! Now, if we could only get the others to do the same....

It's quite extensive, yes. You see them at every shopping center and mall (not just the large/major ones like GameSpot). They have migrated north.... Odd...what American company in the right mind migrate to Canada?...

A very good point and even better evidence to back it, Scath! And further excellent proof followed by evidence! Grand, simply grand! You're absolutely correct, Scath. I had not realized it until you pointed it out, but the shield generator was very underguarded. Had this been a more real-life situation, there would have been an extensive fence (maybe even a double fence) sorrounding the generator building compound. This would have been patroled by speederbikes, AT-STs, a few AT-ATs, and MANY, MANY troops. Sentry towers would have been set up just within visual range of each other (thus varying, some 10 meters apart, others more or less). Along with that, outposts of one of two soldiers should have been set up further outside the compound, keeping reports of movement flowing continiously back to the main base. Secondly, batteries (weapons emplacements and anti-space batteries) should have been set up to help defend the base from both ground and space/air forces. And they should have ordered the shuttle Tyderium to land on the landing pad, not just out in the middle of the forest like it did. I mean, did the Imperials fail to notice the fact that the shuttle was supposedly carrying parts and such for the facilities on the forest moon and instead of landing where it would have seemed reasonable, the landing pad, it landed in the middle of nowhere? Again, it may have been due to Imperial overconfidence; but then again you could claim "good guy has to win" rule, or, simply, a mistake. One way or another, Scath, you were right on the money!

So the truth is revealed! Antilliles, wherever he is, is not dude21's father but instead he is in fact dude21's...mother!
-
Yes, indeed. Have you read ATTACKS (also printed as Infantry Attacks) by him? It's about him in World War I when he was a platoon leader. It's really good (or is that the book you're talking about?).
-
Oh.
-
Already have.Wait, hold on! DUDE21!!! Hey, dude, where have you been?!
-
Okay, thanks, Scath! Here goes:[picture deleted from this post by SOCL] YIPEE! It worked! Thanks, Scath! I'll edit my first two posts and this one.

As far as I know, Darth Vader never was an apprentice to Obi-Wan Kenobi! So, I think it's safe to say tha Vader is referring to his Anakin days here... Granted, granted, but just as it was said Kenobi might have been taunting Vader/Anakin and calling him an apprentice during that possible fateful duel, Vader may have turned the words around to, in turn, taunt Kenobi. Then again, it may not have been Vader in the armor and black form, but Vader simply as Anakin with the darkside. Remember that Kenobi said that Anakin seized to exist when he was seduced by the darkside of the Force, thus becoming Darth Vader. So, I still may be right...from a certain point of view. Sorry, I just had to say that. And... Did Darth Vader really write that?

You're right, it could have! 8O "No, Luke, mesa yous father!" 8O

I don't understand what you mean. Try another(?): picture, post, link, re-upload the picture...? Click on the pictures thumbnail: it enlarges and gives you several links benath it. You want the one that starts with "Odd, that's the one I tried, but I only posted the actual address instead of the "..." or simply "
