  1. I agree Evaders, though you might want to rename it team leaders forum or something. Private might put people off because they think it's elitist. That said i'm not really that bothered.
  2. He would have used an SSD as a distraction, to get Wedge and the boys out of the picture. Daala was a brilliant tactician and is portrayed as such, BUT, her tactics were old because she was isolated for so long, so the rest of the galaxy had time to catch up with her. Also a crazy Jedi with a solar system destroying weapon tends to put the hurt on your little fleet.
  3. It's okay Jahled, he must have got the wrong guy, i never have milk delivered, and even if i did, my sisters and mum are always home before me. As you know i don't drink alchohol, and we don't get junk mail or local newspapers. So you see, Jahled, Zoot got the wrong guy.
  4. Call me a fool will you Sergeant?!? I definite reevaluation is called for, troops, the grounds for you reevaluation are whether or not you can dispose of the nincompoop in a manner more amusing than Zoot the cat whilst i play basketball with a piece of popcorn in my head. (Spot the reference to a certain political figure on 2DTV!)
  5. Indeed. Very very cool.
  6. No fair!!!! I hadn't read that yet, Zoot, you cant attack me in two places at once!!!
  7. No, Bond has had a jetpack too.
  8. Pah, you Iperial scum rule through fear and intimidation. Here in the New Republic people are loyal to us because they have the freedom to make the right choice for themselves!!!!
  9. Soalmost like what i said, but in an enclosed force field containing water, so that they don't have to worry about the vacuum, i think i see what you mean.
  10. When did Zoot get me?!? I don't recall such an event. At any rate, i'm not scared of a pesky feline, bring it on!!! Elvis looks around eagerly whilst cradling his doublbarrelled shotgun, safe in the knowledge that he doesn't drink....
  11. Yeh, possibly not the best match, okay, how about James Bond versus Boba Fett? Men of gadgets both....
  12. Yeh, the LucasArts website gives a nice description of it. It seems that its essentially a simultaneous timed turn based game. Or something like that.
  13. Untimely, what you saw is the Millenium Wheel, also knwn as the London Eye. It's pretty cool, and does give you a good view of Londinium. Jahled, i agree, i shall now go and purchase the Millenium Dome and empty it. The i shall sit in the very middle and achieve a high state of meditation and then start levitating.
  14. Check out his most recent State of the Galaxy Address. Basically he knows what he's doing, just not when he's going to have time to do it.
  15. So what DID you say?!?
  16. I'm just glad we've got someone who's prepared to give it a go, even though they have other concerns and limitations on their time. Go Greg!!!
  17. Greg there are no flames coming your way, and if anyone does send them, i will personally extiguish them. We all appreciate your committments and understand that unfortunately you cannot devote your every waking hour to Star Wars, if i could i would too. Anyways, good luck getting yourself sorted, and we hope to hear from you every so often. Keep up the good work.
  18. What's its arms loadout like though?!?
  19. Well i guess you'll have to decide on your priorities, your girlfriend, or your Darth Vader voicemail........ hmmmmm, harder choice than it sounds. The first part of Anakins final change, after he's dissappeared for a while to be healed, and the good guys think he's dead. Yoda and Mace and Kenobi all go to confront Palpy, and in the shadows looms a tall figure, and then, THE BREATH!!! A blood red saber ignites and Windu is slain........ mwah haha ha ahahahahahahahahhah!!!!!!!!!!!!!
  20. Luke: "Elvis, i'm going to need everything you've got. Iulan's been captured, and there's a Dark Jedi on board that ship, i'm certain." There was no response, Luke's call echoed out unanswered, until, yes, he felt the rending of the fabric of space, Elvis was in system. A huge Mc80b sped in, flanked by a pair of MC80a's plus several gunships and frigates. The Imperials were outnumbered, but had a prisoner. This wasn't just going to be a turkey shoot. Elvis: "Comms, raise me a channel to the Star Destroyer. I wonder if they know why we're here...." ------------------------------------------------------------------------- OOC: Well Imps, this is your cue, think about how you respond to the next few posts, Untimely, would you as an mperial even listen to a filthy Rebel...... Igor, would you be too obsessed with breaking a single Jedi to care, or even believe stories of an alien menace....... The Vong don't care what you do.... but it might affect the Rebels and yourselves.....
  21. No no, they both survived, they had ejector spacehoppers!!!!
  22. There used to be questions there, i'm sure of it!!!
  23. Wha... um.. okay, now that we've decided we have a diverse set of opinions and have agreed to disagree, what were we originally talking about. Something to do with defection. Now, i've had people turn traitor, but never seen them re-appear working for the other side, and i've never had any trouble with major chars. Has anyone experienced either of these?
