The only stupid question is the one not asked, you guys don't realize this but he could be a 12 year old. anyhow, for your answer, no you do not have to uninstall eaw. It will have a separate .exe and folder

I didn't know about extracting megs for a while, often people start with pre extracted xml files from other mods. So unless you start at the beginning you wouldn't know

Well if he's smart and got alot of experience he'll know to bring a mirror or a gungan shield and then at-at shot will be neutralized.

it's been known as october 24 since early july, just not official. You know delays could happen... file corruption, murphy's law. So they give a rough date and then if all goes well they make that the official date.

You could be right about the spyware programs. I never have had that issue with eaw not running because of any spyware removal. Google research ahead of me I think, are cookies .dlls? I had the dll in windows directory but the installer didn't copy it from windows directory into FoC folder it just left that one alone.

I have a windows 2000 machine, I don't know about you, but I ran into the same error and I didn't install anything. So I don't think call of duty 2 lowered your direct x version.

bah you guys are being hard on petroglyph. Any console game to pc game had alot of bugs *coughing*Kotors
