I'm unaware of such a fix...even though it would be nice. I admit I hate having to continuously send espionage missions to important systems (Rebel HQ, Coruscant, etc). Maybe Greg's game will have that function (see Rebellion 2).

I saw some screenshots of KotOR in the latest issue of Star Wars Insider...my jaw dropped. FPS may not be the most popular (and it's not my favorite), but that game looks like it's going to R-O-C-K! There was also an interesting article about Galaxies, in case anyone is interested in checking it out. Star Wars Insider is available in most bookstores! Geez, I sound like a commercial.....

Zag! Great to see ya back! I know this is kind of crazy, but why not just change 3PO's voice and when he introduces himself, call him by another number (C3PM). No changes needed to the animations. IMP doesn't need to be changed, since the TC seems to be heading towards an "Imperial" time period.

While wandering around the vastness of the Net, I stumbled upon a treasure trove of valuable information. It supposedly contains every planet in the Star Wars universe, and a small description of each. If you're interested (and have a couple of hours to waste), the site is at http://www.swrpg.net/supplements/planetguide/. I've been very interested in information on these planets for use in several projects. They would surely come in handy for any role play or scenario building. -
If we use that logic, then the "Questions from Newbies" topic will have to go, since no posts have been made, yet. Wouldn't newbies ask specific questions in either "Rebellion Editing" or "General Discussion"? On the other hand, I will admit I haven't played GB in a while, and since the birth of my little girl, it doesn't look like I'll be playing GB for a while. I guess we'll just talk about GB in "Outside Interests".

Venix, can the interface be changed to change 3PO, R2, etc? What about changing the voices for Han Solo? Because it occurs to me that if we change to a time period after Jabba's demise, we would need to change that little snag. Perhaps if the Han card was replaced with Leia and the "Han is attacked by bounty hunters" event was replaced by "Leia is attacked by assassins" or something. Then if Leia was captured, she would be brought before...who? Hmm...lots to think about here.

I've used TIE Bombers and the only real use for them is suicide ships. The Rebel fighters tend to concentrate all their firepower on the Bombers instead of going after cap ships or fighters. This leaves TIE Fighters and Carracks to rip the Rebel scum to shreds!

Not having to mod too many of the capital ships is a good thing, I would think. There could be some "Uglies" cards and, of course, all the new characters. Besides, the New Republic now has Star Destroyers, etc. A TC with just these things should be pretty challenging.

The X-Wing series certainly does have lots of stuff...I think that should be the choice! That way, we could have a Piggy card!!! Piggy, Piggy, he's our Gamorrean, If he can't do it, no one can...amorrean. Hmmm, that needs work, doesn't it?

That's the biggest problem with most RPGs these days...they are all linear. I like to do my own thing, not do this, then do this, then do this, etc, etc.

Sky: Keep your head down, bud. I have a friend who works in the Uniformed Secret Service up there, too. Dangerous times. Igor: I hate to say it, but I would rather have a good, user-friendly play system and fewer bells and whistles. Look at Rebellion...the game is outdated, but we still love it! Sometimes they ruin games with too much fluff and not enough substance.
