I know the game's been out forever, but does anyone else play 1602 A.D.? Outside the US, it is called Anno 1602. I hate to say it, but I've gotten kind of addicted to it. It's sort of like Civilization, but the competitors don't start screwing with you right away, giving you a chance to build a decent city. Plus, I just like cannons blazing on the high seas! I have a bit of a pirate in me, I suppose. Shiver me timbers!

Pucho777, It's not a good idea to post your real name and real address on a site that anyone can see. Rebellion 2 is not actually going to be a Star Wars game to start with. Whenever Greg (jedigreg) gets the game completed, we will have to mod it into a SW game. Check out the topic about what he is doing. We're all eagerly awaiting the game.

An excellent post, irwoodhouse! To answer your question: Higher is better on damage control, shield recharge, and weapon recharge. I personally think Carrack cruisers are key to victory early on if you can gather about three into a fleet with a major capital ship (Dread, VSD, ISD). Very little can defeat a fleet of this type (early, that is).

I think the Encyclopedia should also have something interesting on (hang with me here) all planets in the Star Wars saga! I know there are many, but if you just start with a single statement about each one (Kuat: home of the famous Kuat Drive Yards, Tatooine: home of Jabba the Hutt's palace, etc), each planet can be added to in time! All the planets in Rebellion already have some historical statements, just need some for the ones not in Rebellion (the ones from Ep I and II). Just an idea... -
