  2. AT_AT_Walker 2, AT_AT Walker 2, MPTl and AT_AT_Walker 2 in the actual unit dont match up with the second one.. also try having no spaces so remove the space before the 2 in AT_AT_Walker 2 try that and tell me if that is it

I think in game constants near the middle are all the diferent types of armors and how effective each one is against each type of attack their is.. first you add the armor type there should be a whole bunch of armor types already here Armor_New_armor_here ---------------your new armor goes here below that will be every diferent type of attack in the game u must add ur new armor to every single one of those :/ example Damage_Nebulon_B, Armor_New_armor_here, .5 Damage.. =what damage type is doin the damage and the number is a multiplyer for the damage.. so if it does 100 damage.. it will only do 50 damage to Armor_new_armor_here Once u have all the diferent attack and defend values defined.. you may go into your unit and assign it its armor hope it helps
  4. the building question its actually not in the structures xml but its in the campaign .. check singleplayercampaigns.xml and before each campaign lists all the stuff on each planet it shows on which planets certain buildings can be built on

  6. well i just checked to see how much faster.. i built byss full of at at factories exept for 1 because u need the heavy factory to build the at at factory .. and another planet with 1 at at factory i built 7.5 at ats on byss before the lone at at at the other planet was done.. thats fast
  7. i never saw the E SSD featured in ep IV .. but here is how to make it .. model it skin it wait for it (mod tools) export it (to ALO) ... code it Play it Simple as pie
  8. oh yeah ur right.. .. Yutrane Taktra is for the tank from force commander.. My favorite starwars ground unit it just pwns with its long range proton torpedo launcher the t3-b tank .. they also made the t1-b hover tank.. which looks waay better than the one in EAW i must say :/ ... loratus makes a hover transport t-C9 and a scanner jammer and the mobile torpedo launcher those are all from FC btw .

I agree that it will be awsome.. and the LFN newsletter said this and quote Im assuming a release within the month of april.. .. no one can know for sure..but if mod tools dont come out in april.. the 1.04 patch that is supposed to be tha magic ballancing patch will arrive to take its place.. We can only hope.. As i see it wont be long.. i am waiting... impatiently..but waiting
  12. Sometimes it was an annoyance.. because it keeps saying that a line of code is wrong.. but the game runs fine.. Mods especially.. i guess its a way to de bug em..b ut sometimes u just cant take em out ><

YES IT HELPS A BUNCH>. on yavin i always build it full of troop building facilities.. and they build sooo fast that the enemy goes like WTF!??! byss is great if u get it almost full of AT AT building facillities u can crank em out soo fast.. man.. i can build one at at .. in the time it takes to build .. infantry.. (almost .. not that much but it does speed it up a lot) This is only usefull if u have plenty of money to spend on your forces.. but it is a huuuge advantage.. also level 5 space stations build units waaay faster than lower level shipyards.. build 4 x wings at a level 5 shipyard..and build 4 at a level 1 or 2 shipyard.. ownage these advantages are easaly seen when large enough

But also i swear i saw a line of code that said something like and columns> .. not sure.. ill experiment later almost done with the planet info tho -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Update ! .im done with all the planets.. . i was done.. 2 seconds before the power went out.. .. but i have a laptop battery and was able to save.... i got power back on.. and here you go here u go tell me if that is what you wanted
  15. alright.. but i have to ask a question .. have u tried addin an (upgrade) that would be free but would switch to a new page.. the upgrade wount actually change pages.. rather it would be a requirement for some units to be on the command bar.. and once u click on it again.. it would de activate those..and reactivate the 1st page.. just a thought
  16. man ..i wish the sdk and the map editor were out. in generals u start the terrain editor up .. and if there was a bad line of code.. (even if it didnt crash the game) it would tell you.. in which INI file it was in.. and in what line of code it was in too.. the good ol days
  17. that would work great for infantry lasers that dont need much detail but we need the 1st way to allow more detail.. like the turbo laser batterys ect ect
  18. Man i love the corporate based system of building stuff. !! looks good already! but about the pop cap.. does that say Negative 1000 outta 100 somthing?
  19. http://developer.nvidia.com/object/photoshop_dds_plugins.html in the second paragraph it says how to install with PSP .. hopefully it will work i dont have PSP so i cant test it out
  20. Nope its for Homeworld 2 oh and i think i have gotten clone wars and the normal one to work installed at the same time.
  21. We could make this standard for EAW.. but maybe there will be something when the EAW mod tools come out.. we can only hope right? Maybe since the support for changin XML's in game is already there they could make a Mod chooser menu with minimal effort

  24. there is a tga to jpg converter at jk3 files or u could just search the internet for GIMP which could do the trick i think if u have quicktime installed u can view them with that as well
