you can blame the judge all you want... but you cant convict someone for something that is not illegal according to the law books... whos to say they would have done it had they known it was illegal?... i find it more crazy that there is no law against it... it should be a national law.. not state in my opinion.. heh.

but see.. if the US gives up nukes... then what is there to stop people from developing them?.. nuclear deterence is kind of an oxymoron but it still works.. through the possesion of nuclear weapons.. nuclear weapons will not be used... its a weird concept but.. if the US didnt have nukes then countries like Iran would say.. how you going to stop me eh?... and then just do it... its through the fear of retaliation with nuclear weapons that nuclear war is avoided...

nah.. i just want it... cuz i can have it.. hehe.. you called it.. but my computer i have now.. at home that is.. is a decent Alienware from 5 years ago that has the old style case... the very box-y one.. i think it was called a dragon full tower case or something like that.. anyways.. when that thing arrived and i openned her up.. it was the neatest most organized inside of a computer i had ever seen... these guys.. at least before they sold out to Dell.. these guys were really making quality machines.. and they give you all the information on everything in your system along with their building and quality control check sheets.. none of my computers have ever lasted this long without having serious issues or in need of some repair.. or major upgrade... so.. Alienware definately found a loyal customer in me...

see yea.. i think that could be a totally awesome game Mad... and like as a jedi you have to covertly explore and investigate a planet.. and then choose to hide or not.. and if you get caught you have to fight and try to flee.. but if you dont get out fast enough you have to fight vader or something like that... i think this game has a lot of potential... as sith.. that would be pretty cool.. striking down as many jedi before they are totally lost..

i think you could have games that deal with the empire's sieging of power.. like.. i know its talked about in the darth vader book.. but i think they screwed it a bit.. the enslavement of the wookies would be a good event to cover in a game.. the hunt for the jedi.. you could play both sides in each scenario really... you could make a strategy type game for you being palpatine and taking over the galaxy as the newly "appointed" emperor.. all the while trying to keep the DS a secret.. hmm.. there may be some more stuff.. but i would try to end the game before the time of the OT.. maybe go only like.. 15 years max into the "future" that way you arent crossing time lines.. but.. in my opinion.. a game is a game.. its fun to interfere with the "natural" course of time that we have come to know.. like.. it would be fun for me to be Vader investigating the Jedi and come upon the fact that Anakin has kin.. and you get to stop them.. or something,...
