Well since the major SW canonicity is from the Movies I guess that if it was in the movies then it IS right. I have to totally agree with you Mad. Personally, i think if the EU did anything for the Star Wars Universe it was help destroy it. Granted now, I haven't read very many of the books but there is a reason to it. I knew from the get go that all the books were going to be was someone trying to explain some minute detail to please some obscure group of uber-nerds and thus end up ruining some portion of the film or story we all loved...... i know the EU did do some good things at some point, but i think that was when it was only expanding on the story AFTER the movies... cuz.. we all saw what the prequels and the related stories did to some beloved characters...

I'm kinda the same way.. Even though I'm half cuban, I didn't learn most of my Spanish until I lived in Spain. So, then I moved back to the states and heard all these spanish words I didnt understand.. Believe it or not even with my cuban background and learning Castilian, I have a hard time understanding some of the mexican dialect. So, just to put a concrete answer out there, I speak two languages American English, and Cuban/Castilian Spanish.

Hostel is one of my favorite movies.. so maybe that's why I liked Saw III... I think Saw III was better than two, so if you havent seen it and liked the first one.. you may want to rent it.. but yea... i saw 30 Days of Night over the weekend. That was a rather awesome movie.. although it does have a good amount of gore.. so if you don't like gore.. this isn't your movie.. but it made me jump a few times.. which was cool.. havent jumped like that in a good while... but as for Saw and Hostel... I think those are psychological horrors more than what i call physical horrors. Physical make you jump and get all scared through music and surprises, where as psychological make you scared through the possibility that its all real and there could be people out there like that... i find those just as scary as the physical make you jump movies..

hehehe i figured you'd get a kick out of that one Krytos.. its mainly in pure practice that they have no torque to speak of.. (i.e. only in books/class)..WARNING: Geek Alert!... when you run the analysis using the standard equations for an Internal Combustion Engines (I.C.E.) it is there in plain numbers that the rotary engine just sucks. Naturally, there are added benefits that can not be seen on paper (with a standard analysis).. and naturally if you add a turbo you're going to get some more out of it.. oh.. and 440Nm is pretty bad ass i must say.. my Z has about 365Nm .. its around 268ft-lbs of torque (i cant quite recall right now)... and I had to do my conversion.. so.. yea.. pretty sure thats around the right number..but thats without a turbo.. and its a 3.5L V6.. so.. yea.. ill shut up now

I'm dying to see that movie.. you have got to tell us how it is.. i think it looks pretty good myself...

After taking some photography lessons, you start to notice.. that alot of pictures are printed backwards due to the developer putting the negative in backwards into the machine.. be it an enlarger or whatever.. so.. next time you hit the local wal-mart or walgreens for developing.. check for that when you get your prints back.. http://i76.photobucket.com/albums/j34/akira9949/motivator057.jpg

Apparently Putin doesn't like the U.S. missile defense plans. This is what concerned me.. It's almost as if we are just begging for another Cold War... perhaps thats what they want..

That's not only reserved to the U.S. there Rob... as I think is apparent in this day and age. And just to stick in my two cents, its not the general idea or action that makes it evil.. its the intentions. The U.S. and many other countries/groups use their power to do what it thinks is right, but its the interpretation of those actions (or inferred intention) that the media or other countries slings around convincing people of, (or truely intelligent peoples own interpretations) that give it the right or wrong spin.

Wow man, that's some serious procrastination.... I don't have a basis of comparison though... cuz.. i was too much of a worrier to put off school work... but man.. if you're putting it off that much.. you definately have me beat..
