It appears at the end of TESB, where you can see the small rebell fleet. There was a freighter with round yellow containers in the x-wing series which looked a bit like that, but I can´t recall its name. Otherwise I don´t think that it´s exactly that type of freighter, rather another one. Though there are some experts here in this forum, I thought some could know something about it. Where is Tofu when he´s needed?

After about seven years I finally stumbled about a copy of the Alpha Centauri Addon "Alien Crossfire" and it´s amazing! There are about six new factions and two of them are aliens, which are very powerfull. Also new monsters to fight and lots of new technologies to research. Marvellous!

I don´t want to make a RPG just want to talk and fantasize with others about what happened between Episode 3 and 4. But nevermind.

After cleaning the sky from droid-fighters, Vader led a bomber-squadron to attack the droid control ship, which controlled all the fighters. They had to fight there way through all the frigates and lost a third of that squadron on half of their way, because of massive turbo-laser fire. http://img207.imageshack.us/img207/9781/vaderstieproto1rn3.png Finally they´ve reached the droid control ship and Vader ordered the bombers to unleash a heavy bombardement. Soon the ship was set on fire and its crew started to leave the ship with escape-pods. After the first pods left the whole ship exploded.
