Nations with an equal number of medals won will be assigned the same position (indicated with an "="). Nations in the following positions will be assigned a position with a successive ordinal to that of nations preceding it. Those numbers lined up a lot better in notepad. O_< Switzerland got 8th, but tied for 7th in number of medals.
